This place has been amazing, I highly recommend! I applied online and a couple days later Greg messaged me and got to work. He sent me some vehicles and was communicating with me after hours and on the weekend because I was working backshift. I didn’t know at the time but he had left and moved on to another opportunity and still continued to answer my questions about the process over the weekend. That right there shows how amazing the employees at ARC really are. First thing Monday Alan picked up where Greg had left off and sent me a couple vehicles and prices including the 2019 F150 that I fell in love with. I don’t have the best credit from past hiccups and shouldn’t have been able to get it but somehow he managed to get me into that truck! It was delivered to my house and I couldn’t be happier!

Nick and Shawn promised my wife a new vehicle before her birthday which I thought was gonna be impossible after the first one needed to much work. Low and behold they proved me wrong and got her all set up in a beautiful Nissan on time for her birthday. Amazing guys to work with. They respond to you as quick as they can which is fair. Very much enjoyed this transaction.

Greg S was wonderful to deal with, it is my first time purchasing a car and he walked me through everything patiently and was very detailed and exceptionally friendly. He took the information I gave him and came back with a vehicle that perfectly matched my budget, wants, and needs. I picked it up today and am absolutely in love. My worst experience ever buying a vehicle. I recently purchased a vehicle over a month and a 1/2 ago and cannot get a registered in my name. Because it saying that they don't own the car. I'm not getting nowhere in this process. Every time I speak to someone, it's just another lie

Got me in a Car over the weekend, They offer Tax Exempt to indigenous people in Canada.
They delivered straight to my door and I signed a few things and the car was mine

I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from the team at ARC. My partner and I have each purchased a vehicle within the last 3 months. Each time it took less than a week to find and finalize the sales and to boot a deposit was miss counted (by us) and apon noticing I was called and notified immediately and the overage was returned.

Purchased a vehicle on December 21,2022 within less than a month I was told my vehicle needed $2000 worth of work. I need a new gas tank I needed brakes I needed all of these things I had called the company arc auto multiple times asking for these things to be fixed, they told me that they went to a 3rd party mechanic that did all of their MVI’s and that he would reach out to him. The it was “he’s ordering the parts. Then my motor blows up in my vehicle. I also called Again to ask about the parts that were supposedly being ordered for my vehicle for them to fix it and rectify the $2000 of work it needed.to this date has still not been done, and Ive had no answers. Thankfully, my vehicles motor was covered By the manufacturer. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here.

When every dealership wouldn't help me get a car. Alan went above his role. I didn't feel comfortable at 1st buying a car I haven't seen. But Alan made the process so easy. Today I got my car delivered and I couldn't be happier.

Greg sold me the dream car today. I told him what I was looking for and he fully delivered! It was a fast process with incredible and friendly service. Drove off their lot in my Subaru wrx sti with nothing but smiles and good things to say about the dealership. Highly recommend Arc auto sales and buying a new ride from Greg!

Omg ARC auto sales are amazing people they go above and beyond customer service for their customers and will work there magic to see you in the best vehicle that's suits you best. This is by far the best auto company we have ever dealt with.

Al and the crew at ARC auto sales Ltd. Are great people they will do everything they can to help you out. I went to almost every dealership around and got turned down. Went online and found these guys applied and got pre approved easy it's takes some time but AL was willing to help me out as best as he could by far the best car dealership in the hrm definitely worth a 5 star review from me. I was looking to buy an SUV and contacted ARC Auto Sales. I talked to Jonathan, who was fantastic! As a first time buyer (on my own) I felt that he asked all the right questions and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. He offered me a 2019 Nissan Qaskai. He put me in touch with Bob (financial guy) who was equally fantastic! They made it so easy and stress free! The car was delivered to my door by Matt and Jonathan. I am so in love with this car and I can’t thank these guys enough for being awesome at what they do! I absolutely will go back to deal with them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again guys from the bottom of my heart…. You guys ROCK!

I am DISGUSTED by the customer services I have received from this place. They pressured us into buying their vehicle which I then only had in my possession for TWO DAYS BEFORE THE TRANSMISSION DIED! It was over a month in the shop. I finally get the car back to figure out THE TRUNK IS BROKEN!
They danced around dates and times when we would call about my car, the loaner they gave me DIDNT HAVE WINTER TIRES and the plate expired. They told us that payments wouldn't start coming out of our account until after Christmas but they took full payments out before chirstmas and I didn't even have the car in my possession. Buy somewhere else

Was looking for a small, fuel efficient commuter car for my daughter to go back and forth to school from Windsor to Bedford.
Definitely on a budget and needed to keep the payments in a certain range.
Kean was able to get her into a Nissan Versa Note very quickly and got the interest rate needed to keep my payments where I needed them
Unfortunately, the transmission failed 3 days after the purchase.
Kean took care of it all. He called the tow truck, arranged for my daughter to have a loaner which he delivered to her at her school the same day and kept me informed through the whole process.
Arc themselves actually ate 1/2 the cost of the repair for what the warranty company wouldn't cover.
It was a long ordeal, but Kean was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make it right.
