I would highly recommend Archway insurance for all your insurance needs. For the past 10 years they have helped us find the best coverage for both our home and auto insurance. Recently, we have worked closely with Laurenda DeWolf and her service is excellent. Last month we had a collision claim and she helped us through every step of the way.
She is very knowledgable, responsive and very helpful. Thank you for ensuring we are looked after and in good hands!

Due to personal reasons I had to leave the country and cancel my insurance after having my insuranced with them for a month. And I called multiple times and asked them if there would be a cancelation fee and they said there wouldn't be. After a month or so they charged my account over 400$ for canceling early. Please people don't fall for this trap (RECORD YOUR CALLS WITH THEM. BECAUSE THEY DONT RECORD CALLS AND THEY WILL SAY THEY DIDNT TELL YOU WHAT THEY TOLD YOU

I have dealt for years with the folks at Archway. I have all of my insurance needs with them and they have been fantastic! When I email or call Reanna (my agent) she gets back to me extremely fast - and always with an answer! Great job folks! Not too many businesses that I am taken care of on the first call.

After being in the insurance business for 30 years, (now retired), I have dealt with a lot of brokers both professionally and personally. I have to say that by far my experience with Stacie has been the best, she is thorough and knowledgeable and always helpful even when her client is a lot of work.lol.

My husband & I have home insurance with Archway & decided to explore auto insurance options as well. Stacie was great.she promptly gave us a quote for our vehicle insurance & didn't stop there. She also offered to review our home policy. With the two combined, she was able to help us save substantially. Much Appreciated Stacie!

Well where do I start, I am a 30 year old customer from the very first Basin Ins.days back on the Bedford highway, upstairs from the old RBC, of which they later moved down stairs into the RBC space. During those years I was a client of Mr. Glen Blowe. During that time, I have never know a finer man in the Insurance Industry. I can count on my hands the number of times in 30 years he never answered his phone. And the same for how many times he did not have a transaction totally completed as I sat there in his office, or later the same day. Messages left while he was at his normal lunch hour 1-2pm daily, where immediately answered upon his return to the office. He is sorely missed by myself and all the other friends and family I brought to him.
That brought us to a few years ago and the merge between Basin and Archway, and losing Glen Blowe, and being placed with 1 Star* Heather McLean, also a Basin employee for years. My family and friends began experiencing a noticeable increase in response times to our Ins. Inquiries, of which we personally have (Home owner, Garage and out building Coverages Policy, 4 Auto Policy’s, 3 ATV Policies, 1 Pontoon Boat Policy) and our friends and family each with similar coverages and policy’s with Archway. This progressively got worse over time and when a response did come, then it was often laced with some inappropriate tone or attitude, which turned off our family and friends enough to leave Archway all together! This included my grow children and their home and auto policies, everything left.
Now I am “Old School” Loyal to a fault some times, and this could have been one of them, I had not realized just how stressful calling Archway had become and how I avoided it due to Heather. As you never want to in this day and age cancel a policy needlessly as it can be quite damaging trying to get new coverage, and when you are with a co.like Archway and your policies have been with them for 25 plus years, you don’t jump ship and start all over again with someone else and loose many discounts doing so. Now a days you can just port your policy (No Charge) to another brokerage that represents the same underwriting co, such as Sackville Ins.also an Archway Ins. Brokerage and continue on with all your earned discounts and now better service, this is what we were in the process of doing.
So fast forward a few years and one day, 1 Star* Heather is no longer with Archway Ins, and my wife and I are wondering, what is going to happen now, where are we the 30 plus year clients going to end up? And by chance, I get to speaking with 5 Star*****Penny Wheaton, and she helps us with a few things and we are pleasantly surprised at her kind demeaner, and efficient work ethic! Fingers crossed it will continue? And wouldn’t you know it, it did. 7 policy renewals with many updates and changes along the way, and now a year or more down the road, and 5***** Penny Wheaton is excellent to deal with and placed on our files permanently. So now 5*****Penny Wheaton is our go to girl for all thing Ins Policy related, and so happy to have a great contact in the Ins Industry again!
