I purchased 2 pairs of pants online at 30% off each pair. Their website says all items 50% off or greater are final sale. They would not allow me to return my items, although they were only 30% off. Exchange or store credit only! Be careful when shopping here.

Not able to refund an item if you loose the receipt.
Not being able to find a transaction with the POS systems we have in 2023 is simply a lie.

Everyone here is so rude and it gives racist vibes. The girl in the fitting room wouldn’t let me try on a size small becuase she said I looked like I didn’t fit in it and I would “stretch out and rip the fabric. ” The only nice employee is the girl who looks like Jules from Euphoria!

I wanted to try on a size medium in one of the shirts, but the girl at the changing room said “You don’t look like an medium, you look like an XL. ” And wouldn’t let me try it on

I would give zero stars if I could the girls that work there are so rude and one time I saw period blood on one of the clothes and I told one of the workers and they said “so what? Someone can just wash it! Buy it and wash it yourself if you care so much! ” SO DISGUSTING! Don’t go here unless you want to be treated awfully

They don’t help minorities or marginalized groups of people! The employees only help and hire white people

Just wanted to say thank you so much to Fernanda. She was so awesome and so determined to help me find a winter jacket, and we did. And I was blown away that she remembered my name after telling her 30-40 minutes prior before leaving the store to return an item at another store, and coming back.
Great job, Fernanda. You are an excellent representative for Aritzia, they are very lucky to have you. I will defiantly be back because of this experience. Happy new year!

Kailyn helped me shop this weekend and it was such a wonderful experience. She was so helpful, kind, and always there when I needed her - never ever pushy with products and gave me her honest opinion when I was deciding between coats. It was like night and day compared to my experience at other Aritzia stores in Ontario.

Had to pop in for an exchange and the staff were amazingly helpful with my questions and convinced me to get the super puff I truly wanted Thanks guys

I personally love shopping at Aritzia but this store has the rudest and pushiest staff I've ever seen. I would never recommend shopping here.

Ireland helped us with some wonderful options in clothing although it was her first shift. Highly recommended
