Aroma Maya Coffee & Donuts (Cougar Dome/Legion Stadium)

Best coffee shop in town! I've never been disappointed by the products or service.bagels, donuts, coffee, coffee syrups, coffee gear.all of it is amazing, and the staff is beyond friendly.
10/10 would recommend.

We went late when they were near closing so maybe food and effort wasn’t at its freshest. We will go again though to support local and hopefully it will have a better experience.

Had the full tilt Americano. Well worth what I paid. And the 2 girls on the counter were working as hard as they could to move things along. Don know the names but a shout out to the hardest working baffistas in town!

We tried everything bagel, blueberry bagel and plain bagel. Blueberry bagel is my favourite while my son recommends the Everything. Worth a try! We also ordered coffee and hot chocolate, both are so-so.

It's a great place to relax and enjoy your coffee and anything else you have with it.

What a nice shop. Friendly, efficient staff and good prices. We just picked up a box of donuts this time. Next time we'll dine in for breakfast.

The coffee was nothing short of stupendously good … Americanos.
Perhaps this location doesn’t get the turnover of business for donuts as other spots. We purchased three donuts — a lemon filled, a cinnatwist, and a Sweet Georgia Brown. They could not have been staler. Dry and unappealing. Unfortunately we were out the door and on the highway before opening the box. We will ask more questions about freshness of stock in the showcase in future.

Great little local coffee shop! Our breakfast sandwiches were hot and the bagels were fresh. There was an option to have your sandwich on a donut, which my friend ordered, and thought it was an interesting/unusual approach.

One of the drinks in our order was the wrong drink, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since it was a larger order.

The coffee is supurb and the donuts remind me of home town bakery loving care. The atmosphere compliments Nova Scotia friendliness. Don't change a thing.

It was my first visit and I was extremely satisfied! The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is relaxing and service was prompt!

A trip to Truro always requires a few stops into Aroma Maya. The staff are always friendly. Once when Little was dancing the barista stopped and said, "I hope you will always dance when you want to. " And moments like that stick.

The drinks are wonderful. I love my chai tea latte and have tried some of their specialty drinks. I haven't been disappointed yet.

As for the donuts and bagels. Don't miss the opportunity to try them. Little says their everything bagels "are the best ever" (and she has eaten a lot of different ones) and their red pepper spread is perfect.
I'm not even a donut lover and I never leave without at least one (but more likely a box of six).

Give yourself a treat and stop in.

Was only here to get V60 coffee filters, but thé staff were very friendly. Couldn't find these so were delighted they had them.

Enough good things cannot be said about the coffee and artisanal donuts that are created through love and true care at Aroma Maya. But much more can be said about the wonderfully cheery, friendly staff that I am greeted by every morning I go. They love their jobs! They've literally told me. Which makes me so happy that I am supporting a local business with employees who feel supported and appreciated too. Lifetime customer here
