Very clean gym with new equipments and having a fantastic supplement store.

I'm new to the city and needed to find a gym and there were a few options across the area. It was word of mouth that led me to Ascendo and immediately upon meeting George and the staff I was blown away by how friendly everyone was. I was greeted by staff regularly and the other users were all super friendly. The equipment is not only amazing but the layout of the gym is both functional and efficient. I have only been going for a week so I've only given 4 stars and will update my review over the next few months. If you're in the Sydney area get over to Ascendo and see that I'm right!
