A few minutes ago I was at this store and the person who assisted me to get what my wife and I wanted to do a great customer service to find us what we wanted. In general, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service you are providing.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Large selection of products. Major regret is the lack of real wood products.

Very good service from Stephen Miller. Not pushy at all, and answered all my questions without sidestepping important issues. The office folks (Michelle & Co.) were very polite and friendly as well. Such a pleasure to speak with folks about normal, every day life in Dartmouth / Halifax. My hearing is quite impaired at this point in life, yet it was never a problem understanding evrything that was said. This is a huge improvement of my overall experience in dealing with people serving the public. For me it was a very positve experience.

Purchase massage recliner, the staff was very helpful at the store, and at the warehouse loading it the car.

We were greeted when we entered. Nothing abrasive. We shopped around trying every sofa we liked. Buying was easy and took no time. My only complaint is we can't get it soon enough! And delivery was within normal wait times.

Lovely experience. Joe greeted me at the door, introduced himself and asked if I needed assistance. I declined and said if I needed help I would let him know. He did not hover or follow me around the store. I found what I was looking for. A new design accent chair. Though it wasn't in stock at the store, it was at the distribution center and I would receive it within a few weeks. No months of waiting and Joe was easy to find. The office clerk was also extremely friendly and pleasant. An all over wonderful experience. Thank you Ashley Furniture!
