Avis Car Rental

Fast, easy, had my vehicle in 5 min (reserved before). Had to extend an hour and they didn't even charge me.

Rented a Ford Explorer here for 16 days. Everything went very smoothly, the staff was super nice, the vehicle was clean and absolutely top notch.
There was no attempt to sell any insurance or anything else. Anytime again, thank you very much.

I want to give kudos to this Avis rental location, as my experience was very positive. Not only was the vehicle they provided (Ford Explorer) perfect for our needs, but I found the staff efficient. I would happily rent from here again.

Very very disappointed with every aspect of renting at this location.
The biggest issue being the actual car we were given! Mitsubishi Mirage.terrible car. UNSAFE CAR! Definitely needs major maintenance.upon getting onto the highway reaching 100kms the steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably. This car should not be rented out again!
We returned the car 45 minutes past the scheduled time and was c
harged $150 for the late arrival. We weren't even informed of the extra charge until we see it on our credit card.
We couldn't even drive the speed limit on the highway.

I could go on about unorganized staff and poorly trained staff. Very frustrating

I reserved online did the pre check-in and it still took almost an hour to get my car. The workers were very nice but clearly the location is understaffed and organizationally challenged: people in front of me had lost reservations, they had trouble finding cars, etc.

Reserved a car for the day and pickup was a breeze. Got wonderful service by Avis.they gave us a nice car that took us to Peggy's Cove.
