Excellantcuetomer service by friendly and helpful staff. Very busy but the cashier found the time to bring our order to the table. And in my opinion, still the best Apple turnovers among all fast food chains.

This locations drive thru is always sooooo slow, be prepared to wait 20+ minutes if theirs 2-3 cars in front of you.

Ok good coffee ️- good customer service. But App is not that good.
If the App knows that DrivThru is not open (I could still see a car going in DrivThru) but as per the App if DrivThru is not open then don't let me place the order. Instead App let's you put eatables in cart and only when you go to payment page - it would say that DrivThru is closed.

The staff were really nice. There was a mix up on the order so they let us keep the extra veggie burger. Much appreciated

Unfortunately in my last 3 visits I have not gotten what I ordered or it was ruined when going thru the Drive. I live 25 minutes away and after being in Halifax for the day we stop and pick up at the drive thru. Once the Onion rings were literally covered in flavor salt and I had to throw them out, twice the papa Burger I ordered did NOT come with Cheese and Bacon. Each time I did specify this. Not happy as I waited until I was home to check

3 people working and they were flat out!

Horrible service! Was at least 7 young people working. One girl was at the counter putting covers on sauces and wouldn't take our order, went back to check the schedule before coming to wait on us. Not so much as a smile on her face. No toilet paper or paper towel in the washroom and they put the drive thru sign up at 530 when there were lots still there working. Didn't have any uncle burgers. I won't be going back anytime soon.

There is no better burger in the world than the a&w teen burger, at least not whilst I'm at a&w!

No closed sign but workers were inside, could have at least let people know, terrible service in the take out restaurants these days

Just recieved two beef burgers instead of two plant based burgers. Will have to return after work. Guess I won't have a lunch today.

Was waiting in line to order at the drive-thru and they closed I waited 15 minutes. Then I had to wait for the cars in front of me they served one of the cars and then closed on everybody else.

Dirty store! Poor service. Had boxes piled up on the counter to the point I didn't know where to place my order.

Very friendly, my burger was going to be 7 minutes so they told me in advance and brought it to my car.

They ran out of ice cream for a root beer float. You think that one of their signature drinks would have ice cream on hand. What was worse was being stuck in the drive thru after not ordering anything. Also drove quite a distance to this location because the location where I live closed it's doors.

Food was mediocre at best, and wait times were horrible. Upwards of 7 minutes just for a few burgers.

Everything was hot and fresh. Double Mozza Combo with SS on fries and a Root Beer. Can't beat it anywhere.

Best fast food breakfast anywhere. Years ago Harveys did a great breakfast, but they cut it out. Now A&W has picked up the torch and offers a great breakfast at a reasonable price.

Worst customer service ever. 5 people behind the counter.no one asks me for my order after 5 minutes some young guy looks up and says. I will get to you shortly.then he goes on with his standing and watching other people work.

I finally said "screw this! " Out loud and walked across the street to McDonald's. Surprisingly, the McDonald's was very fast and the staff were polite which is not the case at the McDonald's near my house.which is why I went to A&w in the first place.

The staff were friendly and when I complained about the burger they offered to make a better one. I ordered a burger on lettuce instead of a bun. It was a tiny piece of lettuce-Not worth eating. My grandsons burger was burnt around the edges. From now on it’s A&W or Wendy’s.

Best onion rings EVER but didnt like that they have no combo options. Everything is sold individually and quite expensive. Granted, the food is really delicious so worth it.

Very good burgers. It always makes me feel good when I know there is no hormones or antibiotics used raising the animals. You can taste the difference

Still the best tasting meat in Canadian fast food. Many burger combinations to choose from. Yummy

My favorite item on the menue is the beyond meat burger! I just wish it was more reasonably priced.

Fast and great service. Extra props for the fact that they've embraced the plastic free lifestyle! Parchment paper wrappers, paper straws and reusable glasses (as always). This was a great fast food experience.
