Worst experience ever! The store was dirty, had to get a cloth and clean my own table! Our order took forever, the bun on my burger was dried out on the edges, our burgers looked like they were thrown together. The supervisor was screaming and using profanity. There were kids in there! We were not the only customers shocked about the screaming and cursing!

I ordered a Beyond Burger without any side order or drink at 9: 41pm on Wednesday, March 22,2023. Order number was 270 & Cashier was O. I seen that employees were cleaning since they were preparing to close at 10pm. I said to the Cashier that I promise I won't make any mess so that she had to clean again & she thanked me for that. I worked in Food industry & Retail Management for many years so I get the idea. Couple of minutes later another employee came out from the Kitchen & rudely told me that I can not eat in the restaurant & food must be in a bag to go. I was shocked the way this employee approched me & pretty much ordered me to leave the restaurant with food.

Food was good, fresh and hot during an extremely busy time. Ordered the limited-time chicken nuggets and was shocked that the are $1 a piece! Definitely not worth that price!

I don't know if it's the labour shortage or management issues, but there's been a decline here.

Food was cold. I guess end of breakfast shift. Coffee is great tho. Went thru drivethru, over 10 min wait: (

While going through the drive through I was waiting quite awhile but they were busy which was to be expected. To the blonde haired girl who helped give me my food she was amazing very polite, kind, and seemed like she had really great customer service skill, the other girl with the red in her hair not so much, she took my payment and then when I said I had not received my food only drinks she glared at me, then continued to glare at me while I waited.also did not say a word to me when I pulled up nor when I pulled away. Definitely should get some training on interacting with clients.

Manager Tim was such a positive, sunny person. Put a smile on my face with his cheerful service! Excellent customer service.

Tim the manager served us today, he was very friendly and cheery and it brought a smile to our face. He deserves a customer service award.

The food is always good, I love the chipotle chicken. I just wish they'd ask if I want ketchup, I always forget.

I've gone there a couple of times over the last few months and the food has always been fresh and delicious. The service is great and the staff are friendly.

This location is consistently one of my favorite places to go on a rough night where cooking is the last thing I want to do. I don't think I've ever had a negative experience here.

I ordered a mama burger with fries no drink, a grandpa burger combo and 5 chickens strips came to a total of 28.70 I got no drink and when I got home there was only one fry no napkins and the food was disgusting. I will not be rushing back to this A & W any time soon that's for sure.

I go here quite often being a student at MBC, however, every time I go there the wait time through the drive through seems to be getting worse and worse. I waited 12 minutes once for just a cheese & egger and waited 10 minutes today for yet again, a cheese & egger. They seem understaffed and I know the gentleman at the window could tell how upset I was getting by the wait but did not come back to talk and keep me updated as far as how much longer it would be. This is not the first time I mentioned the wait times. They prioritize people sitting inside over the people that go through the drive through. I seen more than enough cheese & eggers going to costumers sitting while I was still waiting in the drive through. Food isn't to bad but I will NOT be returning back to this A&W. I will drive the extra couple km's to the next one.

I'm a little concerned with the professionalism of this location. I was waiting for an order and overheard staff saying they had spit in a customer's order. They might have been joking however it's hard to determine this and this is not something a customer wants to hear.it concerns me as this is a location I had ordered from and visited before. I typically had gone through the drive-thru but completely different experience going in the store.

I have gotten to really like the new A&W. Great breakfast offerings for starters and always greeted by friendly staff. Also have noticed they are becoming busier lately.testimony that word of the quality of their food is obviously getting around.

Tasty food with a clean and tidy restaurant, all complemented by quick and friendly staff. If I have an urge for a take-out drive-around burger with fries meal I head to this A&W as it is consistently a good experience.

The only thing I really ever order are onion rings. My guilty pleasure! I will ask how long they've been sitting. This location always offers to make a fresh order for me! AWESOME Thank you

Did drive through service. A&W has a great variety of burgers and the best onion rings around. Good quick service.

Nothing tastes like A&W. Rings can be a bit overseasoned, but the Habanero chicken burger hits the spot for spicyness!

Always a go to in a pinch! Root beer tastes the best and the burgers taste like how a burger should! Service is always quick and friendly.

On a scale of 0 to 10,0 being no association with it, and 10 daily purchases, I will give:
6/10 for food quality,
8/10 for price.
With that said, A&W is always worth a consideration (higher than most, especially McDonalds).

Staff is friendly however the burgers are just thrown together with mayo dripping out the sides. No care in preparing food. All the food was cold and waited so long to get order that all the ice was melted in the pop and it wasn't cold anymore. This is the second time that this has happened in this location.

Great chubby chicken burgers. Love the idea that kids meals get fruit snacks that are all natural. Good meals.

When it comes to fast food nothing beats A&W. Prices are a little higher than other fast food restaurants but worth it

A&W has a great variety of combos to choose from and I've seen nothing but smiles during service. They lettace wrap there burgers upon request making it easier to enjoy the satisfaction of eating there burger as a burger if your a keto person or allergic to gluten.
