The employee was working at the front counter and drive thru herself and had one cook. She handled everything very well, with a smile.
Great worker = Great Atmosphere= Great Food.

Probably one of the more expensive fast food chains in Canada but the food is always hot and fresh. I don't mind paying a bit more for a better product. The beyond meat burger was hot and juicy and the chubby chicken was delicious as always. Some of the best onion rings on the planet. I love the apple pies but don't have them as often because they are made to order which is great but don't always have the 15-20 minutes to wait.

I get that a customer service job is difficult sometimes and you won’t always get the best experience… I find that the employees there are only kind to you when you tip them. If you don’t give a tip, you don’t get any condiments in the bag (drive thru) and they won’t do any special requests you ask them to do. You’ll be missing a straw, a fork lol Btw- I go there once a month.

Inconsistent with service and food, sometimes really slow, sometimes quite quick and sometimes food is perfect really hot and fresh, other times cold or not seasoned properly.

Bedford location was understaffed for the lunch rush imo, and it seemed like only one person working had much experience. Loved the burger, but it took a very long time to get.

We have not had many positive experiences at this location mainly because of the attitude of the staff. This time, there was an obviously new employee working with someone whom we've encountered previously, whom I assume was supervising. Our order had to be repeated a couple of times, and we still didn't get all we ordered (pancakes). The coffee wasn't given in mugs, but in takeout cups (we ate in).
When the supervisor arrived with our breakfast, my toast wasn't browned. I asked to have darker toast, she rolled her eyes, took it and brought it back with a less than pleasant look on her face, asking me if this was too brown. I replied that it was perfect, thank you.
While we ate and there was a lull in customers, the newer staff person, was sitting on a side counter scrolling through her phone, and the supervisor was sitting at a table over from us with her feet up on the chair, and not looking very pleasant at all.
We didn't bother re ordering the pancakes, we just wanted to finish and leave.
I've tried this location in the past also to drive through for a quick coffee. This location has yet to master quick and efficient at drive through.
We've always been more than satisfied with the Damascus Rd location, who are pleasant, fast and efficient. I've timed their drive in window service recently, and they had each customer through in less than 2 mins! If you want good service, Damascus Rd would be my choice.

Only A&W i ever seen that don’t serve burgers in the morning. First they opened late then they refused to make my burgers.

Was there the other day, let's start with the guy that was taking the order that GOOF, he thinks he is working at his dad's place so rude on the mic and cranky, as soon as I reach the window no greeting and I said thank you after he gave me the order, he didnt even bother to say thanks or have a good day and didnt put no napkins no receipt, for this over priced food the least they can do is teach these goofs some manners, will not GO THERE again.

Love that my fave take-out was the first to market with a plant based burger, it's now my go to for a quick bite. Another great A&W experience!

Staff Tried Hard & Delivered. As a vegan, this staff really delivered on preparation of its Beyond Meat. They made the extra effort to ensure a clean grill and to effectively present the product. Nice job!

Got the 56 mama burger omg the sauteed onions, juicy patty and fresh vegetables will definitely be getting another before they are gone

Very good fast food, great service, friendly happy staff. Food was well cooked and tasted great.

It was ok. The workers were clearly short staffed since the was only 2 there but it was an incredibly long wait. Food was over salted as well.

They have a great veggie burger, and that Root Beer there's nothing like, served in that frosted glass.

A&W has been and always will be the best place to go for natural tasting fast-food burgers the rest of the places don't compare. The only thing that beats A&W for their burgers is actual Burger specialty shops. Always good for a quick cheap snack love to Buddy Burgers and double buddy chicken burgers
