Food was good, service was fine, but what a terrible parking lot! I assumed I could drive around outside the drive through lane.nope! That was a fun attempt at a U turn.otherwise, all good.

Always went there for teen burgers, quality went down and price went up. It's all business, no personal touch.

They were busy at 7: 30 pm, but they moved us really well considering. I appreciate well cooked food over fast, but it is nice when you have both.

Wonderful staff and always wonderful food just wish it wasn't so expensive but I do enjoy me a good Papa burger

These guys take good care of you. We've now had 2 great experiences with our 3 small daughters, and they are just so helpful and kind!

Got the order wrong. Made multiple trips back and politely asked for correct order. Cashier was not interested in her job. Unimpressed

Friendly staff. An issue with the food. Only refunded a little bit. Not the full amount off the meal. The issue was quite serious. Hopefully things are looked after better

Horrible customer service. My two teenagers wanted to go eat here after their soccer games the evening of Sept 16. We stood back away from the counter to look at the menu and decide on what to get. It wasn’t busy and we were the only ones there beside two girls who were waiting on their order. The young girl behind the counter looked at us with a disgusted look and said very rudely “Eat in or take out? ” My son said, “uh can we have just a minute please? ” She said I need to know eat in or take out” in a very unfriendly, abrupt manner. After this I decided I no longer had the desire to eat here and was turned off by her rudeness. We turned around and left and as we left she went over to the other teenagers working there and threw her hands up in the air.
We went to Wendy’s where we always receive wonderful service.

Great food, friendly staffs, clean washroom, one very important thing that make 5 stars is their wifi hotspot is very strong.

I love A&W but this Amherst site is one of my favorite stops. They make an awesome teen burger. The staff are friendly and efficient and the interior is clean and up to date. Love the music too!

Great burgers. Unfortunately, they haven't purfected the latte yet. Proportions aren't correct. Tasted just like milk.

I ate dine in. Unfortunately the fries that came with my Mozza Burger combo were very cold but if hot would have been very good. Literally dozens of flys were flying around which was a little off putting. It is summer and doors open and close, I get it, but maybe a better fly catch system is in need. No complaints on the burger and had friendly service.

It's a great breakfast nook, friendly staff and fair portions for the price point. Would recommend.

Had 2 combos which were pricey at over 25 dollars for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 fountain pop. I think A&W is good food but alot of money for what we got.

Always very satisfied with their food, & service. All they need is go back to their car window trays. Even their root bear is still the same

Impossible burger was very delicious. Highly recommend it. It does take a little longer to prepare, but the wait is worth it.

The employees were very nice and they had our food ready fast. Overall it was a very nice experience.

We went through drive thru. Ordered 2 coffee and 2 chubby chicken burger. They just put in the patty with no lettuce at and mayo. So instead of having them, we went back through the drive through again to ask about it. Then they told us that they were out of lettuce. Neither when they placed our order nor when they fulfilled it, the staff did not let us know about that. Had we known we could have made different choices.

Under cooked teen burger, over cooked French fries. Restaurant and washrooms dirty. Definitely not up to the standard of other A&Ws that I've visited. Staff needs more training on the till and clean up.

Ignorant ppl parked in amherst for nite walk over nope can't serve we are closed but drive thru open an wouldn't serve as walk thru one more place in this fkin town off the list
