A&W Canada

There was nothing wrong with the food, service or atmosphere but everything could have been better. The food was cool, fries soft but the Root Beer was great!
I tried the rings this time and got the same thing as last time; dirty restaurant, cold food and the towel dispenser was broken.
Update, today the food was delicious and warm

I was really surprised it cost me over 20.00 dollars for 2 teen burgers I think that's a bit pricey.

Always great customer service, food is always fresh and piping hot. Best A&W in the Valley.

A&W is my favourite burger franchise in Canada.
I appreciate the taste and quality.
Bridgewater restaurant is a good one.

We went through the drive through and had to wait for our food in the parking lot, no big deal, when the young man came and gave us our food he was very polite, we checked the bag before we left the parking lot and and noticed they forgot the dipping sauce, again no big deal! It happens, my partner went inside to grab some sauce and the lady at the counter said no problem! Great! But then another lady overheard and made eye contact with my partner, pointed to the young man that gave us our food, and said “it was his fault” …… UNBELIEVABLE, a grown woman threw her coworker, a young man, completely under the bus! We didn’t care whose “fault” it was, we just asked for sauce. The fact that she disrespected another staff was beyond me. If she hadn’t taken the time to point out whose “fault” it was, I wouldn’t be making this review.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service at this location this morning, July 30,2023. The lady whom I believe was the store manager came over to our table and remedied a situation after the item we had ordered was not available. We did not expect anything as these things happen from time to time, but she certainly went above and beyond regardless and we were grateful for what she did. We will be back to support your business next time we are in town.

Best hamburger around imo. Ate at more expensive and the same priced burger places and found myself always remarking that A&W is better each time. Wish burger places were not as expensive as eating at a restaurant as my family prefers eating at Thai places since a dish is the same price as a burger set, as well as being more delicious and healthy. Not too mention I do burgers at home that are better than A&W for a fraction of the price. So we only eat out at places that offer food we can't really have at home like Thai or donairs which are better than a burger imo.

Understaffed and overworked. Food came out fine but that place can't run with two people during breakfast hour.

The food was great, but the employee in the drive thru was wonderful. Friendly, and we chatted about dogs. She is amazing at her job!

Not impressed. I asked for a burger and they told me it would take 15 minutes to make, but there was nobody in front of me, so I order 3 hasbrowns. Turns out that I paid for 3 but only got 1, so I had to pay for 2 more. Definitely not coming back here again.

Monday May 22nd approx. 1 PM- Wow, such a disappointment.only one car ahead in drivethru.long.long.long wait for orders.burger was just warm and the onion rings were not edible.raw onion and all the batter fell off, virtually bare near raw onion came out of the bag.and not even a "so sorry for the long wait" or a "thank you".

Fantastic Sunday morning breakfast with the family. Just found the service staff to be a little unenergized. Didn't get my coffees with my orders and when I asked for them, they only gave us one but we paid for two. Which by the way I think was just a mistake because perhaps they were a little unenergized. No reason to fuss about.

A&W, good as always. Very good food, they were about to close when we got there but they still let us order, Good service too.

Great food, best burgers, fast and friendly service. The drive-through didn't ask about ketchup for the fries so had to walk in to get ketchup. No apologies but said it was over there.

Every time Ive stopped here there is another excuse (lie) about why the staff wont serve drinks in the glass mugs. First the freezer didn’t work to chill them. Most recently the dishwasher is broken. This is by far the worst A&W Ive ever been too.
