I had a Mamma Burger. It was delicious. Best ground beef I've had in a burger for quite some time.

Burger was raw and onion rings were not fully cooked and had no seasoning on them, worst food I have ever eaten in my life, tasted funny and made my stomach upset.

Long wait, but staff were very busy and short-handed. Food stayed in the warmer too long, which made it Luke warm at best. The gentleman that was running the restaurant that night was very kind and remade our food, so it was fresh.

The workers are always friendly in the Windsor location. My order has been wrong now the last two times but it's okay because the place is always short staffed and I feel bad for the workers. It's not their fault. The food is always good. The workers are always courteous even though I sense they are very stressed out. The prices at A&W are high considering everything is lesser portions. I understand that the prices have gone up everywhere but it's very expensive to eat there. My opinion, but I believe Upper Management needs to get on the ball and take more interest in their employees that are the ones making them money. Sorry no pictures this time.

The other patrons were fun to talk to while waiting.

Mozza burger was Luke warm. Cheese was cold. No flavor. Also very small piece of bacon. Had asked for no tomato. That was right.

A@W with no onion rings, ridiculous. Will not be going back to this location. Oh they closed early they said not enough staff.
