Asked for a Buddy burger with NO ketchup, got one with ONLY ketchup. I don't like ketchup but do like the other toppings especially the sautéed onions.

Nobody at this restaurant cares if the food they send out is edible.getting food covered in sauce and only half cooked. Avoid this restaurant

Food very good although drive through was long for 3 cars 27 minutes wait 2nd visit wait time much improved at drive through

I ordered the beyond meat burger and the taste was amazing. Shoutout to the staff for being super fast and friendly.

The manager at this location is very rude came in one morning and heard her say the n word to another staff member of color who then proceeded to run to the washroom. So i left and went somewhere else since i was waiting to get served anyway.

Excellent customer service, i felt a bit sorry for the girl working as she had to serve drive thru and front counter, she was great, she needs a raise! I was there today around 5 30 hope her boss sees this

Sullying the good name of A&W with dirty fryer oil. You could taste it hasn’t been changed in a while.

I was craving a hamburger and opted to stop in at A&W - Robie St, Truro. Selection was hard to make as everything looked so delicious. Their brand name Root Beer Soda is the best I've ever had. Staff were friendly and great Customer Service. Meal was extra Yummy and I left with a stuffed stomach. They offer handicap parking and access. My totally delicious meal was top notch. I definitely recommend this location.

The service here is horrible. My order was simple - one buddy burger. It sat there, ready to be served - but the employees just stood there for several minutes, finishing up their gossip, before they could be bothered to put my burger in a bag and hand it to me. Then they rudely and sarcastically said "YOUR WELCOME! " because I walked away without thanking them for their horrible service. The only reason I gave the 2 stars is because the food was as I was expecting.

Very friendly staff who made us feel welcome and well attended to. The food was delicious as always and super speedy! You can tell things are done here with care.

I went in to grab lunch for my daughter and myself. We ordered 2 meals. While we waited the cordless phone rang.a woman from behind the meal prep station answered the phone. After she hung up she proceeded to make our food. I asked the cashier if there was a manager on, guess who the manager was? !? !? The one with the dirty hands.answered the phone and didn't wash after! I was absolutely disgusted at this point. I got a refund and will never be back!

Staff member who waited on me (a woman) was very rude to other staff member (man making the burger) I believe you shouldn't be rude to one another especially in front of a customer. Staff member making burgers was very polite and tried to help her.

If u like the Best root beer, in an ice cold glass this is the place! The prices are good, food is good, the atmosphere is great!

Friendly service but slow everytime when i went in this morning, there was 3 people no one, in the drive-thru it took them 19 minutes to make a team Burger in a poutine plus it was cold Plus couldn't eat the burger meat was cold poutine was cold plus they were just talking in there there was nobody in the Drive-Thru there was nobody in the store just me and it took them 19 minutes to make that

The beyond burger is our favourite. Staff did mess up our order a little, but were very apologetic and quick to correct the mistake. Super yummy!

Great food usually, but I just rolled up during open hours and the entire staff were sitting there, being lectured to by a manager. The open sign had been turned off and the door to the adjoining Needs closed.

I was disappointed because there aren't any other good fast food restaurants within walking distance at this time.

I frequent this place regularly yet randomly. LOL. I enjoy the burgers but I must say I do have to tell them to go easy on the condiments. I'd rather have condiments on my burger rather than have a burger on my condiments. I like to taste the meat instead of it being smothered in ketsup and mustard, I wish they would learn that so everyone could enjoy their burgers just a little bit more. Other than that.the food is great and the staff are super friendly. I gave it a three stars due to the cleanliness of the kitchen and the lack of care some of the cooks have for their job. Ya dont dump fries in the garbage then push the garbage down with the fry pan used to pick up fries when packaging them.
