Found a problem with the support mechanism for the fan assembly.still waiting for replacement part

The Backman Heating and Cooling staff were very knowledgeable about their business and patient with all my questions. Ryan put together a major proposal to convert our home from an oil hot water baseboard furnace to an electric boiler, electric hot water heater and a heat pump with 4 heads as well as install a new heating zone for the house. The old furnace, oil tank and lines were removed without any issues. Ryan and Meredith made sure that the project was scheduled in a timely manner and Ryan completed the installation despite the extremely hot weather. Ryan is reliable and his work was meticulous and beautifully executed. Ryan ensured that he kept the floors covered and protected and cleaned up each evening before leaving. Ryan Backman was a pleasure to work with. He provided good advice during the consultation for replacing our oil furnace with a ducted heat pump system, quickly gave us a quote and answered questions, and got us scheduled within a reasonable time frame. He and his team worked effectively to get our oil tank pulled and old furnace removed, and the new heat pump installed all on the same day, and they returned on the second day to perform system fine tuning and noise reduction. They cleaned up and Ryan explained the new system at the right level. The system seems great. We are very happy so far, and would highly recommend Backman Heating & Cooling to anyone.

Ryan at Backman Heating & Cooling installed an LG heat pump for us and it has helped our heating bill by being more efficient than the electric baseboard that now serves as a backup. It's also REALLY NICE to have the air conditioning in the summer!

The thing that struck me most about working with Ryan is how knowledgeable he is about the world of heating and cooling, and how he was able to educate me as well. This way, I felt confident in the plan we made for a heat pump in terms of brand, investment, and rough sq.ft coverage.
