Dr Campbell was great to deal with in an emergency situation. We weren’t clients and he was able to squeeze us in same day to look at our sick 9 week old puppy. We will be transferring our other dogs to this clinic asap. Was a pleasure to call the clinic and get a friendly person answer the phone.

Can’t praise this clinic enough, I’ve been with them for almost 2 years. I had an emergency with my cat last summer and he went to emergency on a Saturday and things were not good, Dr. Henderson diagnosed and saved my sweet boy. Now there is a shortage of the royal canin food he eats, province wide - baddeck clinic had a few bags left and they offered to ship it to their sister clinic in port hawksberry since I am living further up the island now and save me the drive. Always pleasant to deal with on the phone, and help in anyway they can.

Got a new puppy and they were still taking new clients. They are busy but friendly

Could not have asked for better service, kindness and professionalism. Dr Henderson is one of the best. We had our 12 year old Shih Tzu in to the emergency clinic and this man did everything he could to treat Chico and then sadly help us say good bye when the decision was made. We will be forever grateful to him.

I cannot express enough how much this vet did for my kitty! I called today to see if I could get in sooner as my cat was not well, and they took me in at 3pm today! The staff and vet are amazing! Would recommend this clinic to anyone! And I will be returning! Thank-you guys so so much! Molly is feeling ALOT better:)

If I could leave zero stars I would, not only did they bill us $300 for 5 mins of work and send us home with Meds when blood work should've been done
If you love your pet and want him to live avoid baddeck veterinary at all cost not only did they schedule an appointment for 4pm only for the vet to leave and show up 45 Mins late, all this vet will do is push exspensive surgery and meds instead of actually doing their job, simple blood work could've either saved our dogs life or saved him from suffering in pain with yhe hopes of him getting better!
