Probably one of the worst Tim’s I’ve been through. The had 7 people working and only one of those people focused on counter. My food was made incorrectly so instead of the normal 10 minutes It took 25 for an ice cap and French vanilla. Ridiculous.

I always get great drinks at any location. I also like that they have specialty products to try throughout the year. Very happy

This Tim Hortons in shelburne is the biggest joke! You can’t even call it a joke because it’s sad not funny! What is it going to take for them to open their eyes and see that allowing crack heads to literally grab a peice of cheese and put it in a bag...

They always have some or other stuff missing from their menu. They have potato wedges on their menu but when asked for it they say “unfortunately we don’t have it in system”. If you don’t have it in system why do you have it on menu?

They got food and high prices exepcy for specials and staff doesn't care about anything but shop lifters. It's sad that Walmart does not have groceries! We need more competition.

I am a regular customer to this store. I used to buy after 2-3 AM after my shift last one year in drive through window as walkin. But past one month they are not serving coffee 2-3AM. Last tow days before I have visited store in day time to clarify...

Night drive-thru needs to have a Responsible Manager. Today we have received 2 French Vanilla and that was WITHOUT SUGAR. That is not acceptable, Please be careful next time!

I like their fresh baked "Manoosh" flat bread with cheese & chicken. All bisquits and cookies are pretty unique for Halifax.

With the cost of groceries so high. It’s lovely to go into this store and every package of lettuce you pick up is rotten. 7 bags of romaine hearts all rotten. I will definitely be doing everything in my power not to get veggies their again

Love the peach juice.or drink.the one in the bottle! I always get it wrong when i order but Timmies knows what i'm talking about. That peach juice drink bottle is legit. My wife likes the french vanilla cappuccino as well but it's no peach...

The biggest thing is the guy at the window has tried to keep my change. I am not paying $3 for a tea that $2.05. He does this almost every time. Someone has to talk to their staff. I was there at 5: 45 am.

Ordered an apple fridder and once i was done eating it, i looked at the bottom of the bag it was in and there were large flies.one of them was dead.never wanted to hurl so bad in my life

The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning...

Very slow drive thru was 4th car in line 15 min wait and no way to leave lineup to go inside

Can't rate food because the service was so incredibly ridiculously slow I left after 8 minutes without even my order being taken. SLOW!

Its just getting worse day by day ice coffee is not same every time i order. And wraps are pathetic now, waste of money. McDonald’s is better for breakfast now.
