Best Bar and Grill in Nova Scotia reviews

Was amazed by how quickly our large group was server despite the restaurant being packed. A massive menu which is usually a bad sign but every meal came out perfect.

I got fish and chips, the batter was too oily and I couldn't eat it at all, the fish tasted like nothing not even salt.

I've eaten here a few dozen times, mostly consistent, but my steak is cook differently every time despite the same order. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and pleasant and the atmosphere is also quite nice.

Great place to come with friends or family. Lively but casual spot, great staff and even better food. Must try the Brussels sprouts with bernaise… if you don’t you’re a loser!

We had a great meal and our waiter Matt was exceptional. I asked for his opinion as I hadn't been before. He gave me honest feedback about a few dishes to help me decide. Can't say enough good things about him.

Service was good. I ordered poutine. Skinny fires and very little gravy or curds. Meh. And the machine starts with a suggested min 18% tip. GTFO.

Great experience, and they made good accommodations for people with allergies. Service was quick for the children.

Overall great time

A celebration on New Years Eve. My favourite on the menu is French Dip with fries but everyone, including the children, was pleased with the meal and service. I can't wait to go again!

We used to love coming here. Was great food but recently had dinner and very disappointed in the food. Poor quality food and service has definitely dropped. Miss a lot of the old menu items.

The bar is dark and seedy at best, ribs seemed ok, we had wings and Filipino noodles, salty & bland. The advertisement appears as if you are seeing Catherine Robertson comedy, not true, she hosts an amateur standup night, mediocre, a little disappointing...

I love this bar because it is obe of the coolest and most fun bars in Halifax. The vibe, staff and the decorations are all great. If you live in Halifax ypu should visit Tge local.
