My dog is still traumatized from taking her to basinview during COVID. Would not recommend.

Dr yvonne answered the pet app on a Saturday morning at the time of crisis for our sweet boy Casey. She made his last moments as smooth as could be! Her staff is exceptional. Like to thank Stephanie and Sarah for being there during his senior years! Will also be great full for the entire staff helping me during his puppy stage to his senior years! You are the best

We brought our dog to see Dr Amanda as a mass presented on his face. Our pup, already nervous of the vet from previous experiences is quite anxious. Both Dr Amanda and her Surgical assistant Sarah were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and provided so much comfort to all of us. Our dog is going to be just fine, but regardless of the outcome, this review would be the same as I am so grateful for the treatment and care our dog and his family received at Basinview.

I have a traditionally temperamental (fear aggressive) Yorkie. Our last vet were probably excited when we called to transfer paperwork. The staff at Basinview were lovely and accommodating even after I warned them my dog might bite.

I just went in this morning with my dog and they were top notch. Very friendly and professional. They exuded calm to my dog and my dog responded in kind. We have never have a good vet visit before and today was the first. Thank you.

I took my Guinea pig Ellie here and discovered she likely had cancer. Due to her age there was not much to be done other than hospice care. I took her home with some pain medication and critical care and she enjoyed life for 3 more months! When the time did come I called Basinview and they were able to get me in that day to say goodbye to ensure she wasn’t in any pain. The staff there have always been amazing and I can’t thank them all enough for making my goodbye with Ellie as easy as possible.

When it comes to exotics, Dr. Amanda is negligent, uneducated, highly judgemental and prejudice. Watch out.

This clinic had an opening for a regular senior checkup for my bunny. Professional, allowed us to take her bonded bunny parter and thoroughly enjoyed seeing them hop around the exam room.

Due to covid-19, you have to wait in the parking lot and the staff come out and get your animal. They call you and run everything by you and provide free quotes for potential future work.

A great place to take your pet for excellent care. Staff are friendly, caring, compassionate and extremely competent. I've been dealing with them for years.

We have three boxers ages six, four and two. Each of our boxers are a patient of Dr. Adrienne Johnston. Our experience with her and all of the team at Basinview Animal Hospital over the last six+ years has been nothing short of impeccable. Recently we had our youngest girl, Prea, in for a routine spaying. Prea has a heart murmur that is graded aprx.between three and four so we knew she was at a higher risk for the surgery. Taking this into consideration Dr. Adrienne carefully took the time to answer any questions we had while making sure we knew all of the available resources and testing that could be accessed and used prior to the surgery to ensure we felt comfortable moving forward. The day of the surgery Dr. Adrienne called us before they started the procedure to check in and let us know that as soon as she was done surgery she’d call us back to confirm how it went. When I received the call that Prea had made it through with flying colours we were both elated.
We have had many interactions with Dr. Adrienne whether it’s a regular check up or an unforeseen boo-boo. Without a doubt she and the entire team have earned 100% of our trust and confidence. Not only is your pet in exceptional care you will leave every visit as a pet owner feeling more knowledgeable and confident. Dr. Adrienne provides a non-judgemental, friendly, clean, and safe environment for you and all your pets needs.

Amazing customer service and impeccable veterinary service. Very attentive, very clean and they have private waiting room for cats.my cat was in love with his Dr.did not meow one time which i have never seen. Extremely happy with the service and they are now the vet of my choice for both my animals.i was even offered help to my car, and received a welcoming gift from the staff.by far hands down the BEST animal clinic around.

As most of the other reviews have stated, their customer service is amazing, and their veterinary services are fantastic!

I woke up yesterday morning to my canary, Peach, showing sudden signs of feeling unwell. I brought her to the Basinview Animal Hospital, and everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Amanda was great with Peach, and we were sent home with antibiotics for her.

We checked in on her this morning, and she's already hopping around and more active! I couldn't be more grateful for Basinview Animal Hospital. Their prices were even lower than I expected, but still reasonable for veterinary services.

They even called this morning to check in and see how Peach is doing.

They take rabbits! Many wont around here besides the emergency clinics. Always super friendly:)

This clinic is that one-in-a-million place that you thank your lucky stars when you find it. My dog had an issues that I was quoted $1,800 to fix at the vet off Sackville Drive. I went to Basinview on a recommendation and was provided with a $30 solution for the same problem. If you want a fair opinion without fear of being ripped-off this is your place. Dr. Yvonne and all of the staff are amazing!

These guys are so amazing. I just switched vets recently on a recommendation from a friend. I've never been to a vet before that spends the entire appointment on the floor with my dog giving her constant love. Even one of my dogs who was terrified of the vet loves going here.

I have been using Basinview Animal Hospital's services for over 10 years. I took all my childhood cats there and was always treated exceptionally well. As an adult I now take my very anxious Rottweiler to Basinview, and have been blown away at how kind, professional and patient all of the staff have been with us and my dog. Both the vets and the vet techs are exceedingly friendly, and have made vet visits less stressful for myself and my dog. I would recommend their services to absolutely anybody.

We brought our Cat Bartholomeow (Bart) here and they we're amazing with him! He was very scared, but they helped to calm him down (and me) and got him on a fantastic treatment plan to help with his stress and urinary issues! He is a happy and healthy kitty now! Sir Bartholomeow fluffy paws and I, HIGHLY recommend!

Recently I had to take my dog Benji in to be put down, it was my first time having to put an animal down and I was beside myself plus with putting down my best friend who I loved so very much wasn’t easy for me. I took him to Basinveiw Animal hospital, soon as I walked in I was greeted with soft spoken ladies with nothing but compassion in they’re hearts. I wasn’t pushed into anything I was given time it was all up to me but I still wanted they’re input there was no judgement, very soft gentle with benji my dog and myself.
I would recommend anyone to go their with they’re pet, they really really care.

Great staff and decent prices. They never push anything on you like some other vets. We actually pass by several animal hospitals in order to get to Basinview and it is worth the extra travel
