Very cool waterfall! We went at mid tide and floated around the cove to the fall on our inflatable rings. As per all cool places in NS.if only there was a coffee or ice cream wagon

This is one of my favourite places to visit in Nova Scotia. I try to go at least once a summer. Ensure you check out the tide schedule to go during low tide to be able to walk right to the falls. Also pay attention to tide times so you don’t get stuck away from shore, lol that would be terrible. I have been there at high tide but it isn’t as enjoyable. I take my dog who gets to enjoy the little river that the falls makes into the ocean. There are a couple picnic tables and a bench to enjoy up on the old dock area.

This is a hidden gem on the shores of the Bay of Fundy. The only amenities are a port a pottie, but the scenery is worth a visit. We went at low tide and discovered a tidal pool with it's very own tiny squid.

Beautiful location that can only be truly accessed during low tide. Otherwise you won't be able to approach it very closely. Scenic rocky with lots of driftwood and clefts in the rocks to explore.

Beautiful place and easily accessible. Tide was out when we went. A little bit of beach combing is available. Found a couple small peices of beach glass.

It's OK, but you have to be there at low tide to reach the falls. It comes out of a culvert under the road.

A must view place!
Be sure to check for low and high tide times. You don't want to get caught out there once the tide starts to come back in.

Baxter's Harbour Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in Baxters Harbour, Nova Scotia, Canada. The falls are approximately 50 feet tall and are surrounded by lush forest. The falls are a popular destination for hiking, swimming, and picnicking.

The hike to the falls is relatively short and easy. The trail is well-marked and takes you through a beautiful forest. The falls are located at the end of the trail and offer stunning views. The falls are also a great place to cool off on a hot day. There is a small pool at the base of the falls where you can swim.

Baxter's Harbour Falls is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. The falls are beautiful, the hike is easy, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy. I highly recommend visiting Baxter's Harbour Falls if you are in the area.

Beautiful spot for photos and to really take in the power of the tide. The falls were not terribly impressive, they are man made from a pipe. However, what surrounds it is absolutely incredible.

Please be very cautious of tide times while exploring past the waterfall, we walked across a small rock bridge, less than 5 minutes later it had almost disappeared. Small hazard in order to see the power of the largest tides in the world.
