Used to be the best small engine service. Not anymore. Took my ms170 with a bogged carburetor in for service. Was charged 95$, a bit much but ok and took it home. Wouldnt start. Took it back and was accused of tampering and " this is what happens when you dont know how to run a saw" as he tells other customers. I have run power saws for 45 years. Took my money back and went to another Stihl dealer and was charged 55$ and it works great.

Had two Husqvarna lithium ion batteries that weren't charging. Thought my batteries were toast (they aren't cheap). Brought in the charger and batteries and left them for a day. They diagnosed the charger as defective and the batteries as fine. No charge for the diagnosis. Great service and friendly staff. Will be back for sure!

By far the best rental company in HRM. Staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the gear they rent. We have used them many times for various items.

We had a tiny issue with miscommunication on one occasion, I am happy with the steps that were taken place to resolve issue and was treated with respect as we sorted it out.

We will continue to use and recommend this location as they truly are a 5 star service.
