They screwed over one of my friends because they have autism.
They played games and strung them along, they don't care.
My friend needed new glasses, which BEC never intended to order. They said they would order them new glasses, they didn't, they finally said they would, then they said the frame broke, and then it's on back order.
They needed new contact lenses, they said they would get back to them, they never did. They were forced to go with a competitor.

For years, I had no issues. Last time I went there, my glasses were broken and one of the staff had found a pair that I liked and said they would order them, and that it would take 3 weeks.
Over a month later, I waited and never heard from them.
They ignored any E-mails I sent, any follow-ups, and they never ordered the glasses.

Dr. Erin Sheppard diagnosed me with glaucoma which has led to extensive treatment at the QEII hospital. So glad I have Dr. Sheppard for my regular check ups.
Alicia fitted me for contact lenses today and took extra time to ensure the correct fit and best choice of lenses for my particular needs.

So incredibly grateful for the team at Bedford Eye Care centre after some recent difficulties with my eyes. Their team is compassionate and caring and always quick and eager to help. Dr. McMullin is an absolute lifesaver. Thank you guys so much for everything!

I contacted this clinic when I was searching for someone who could possibly relieve tinnitus. This is about my brother who was diagnosed several years ago with severe tinnitus and it literally was driving him crazy. Well the good news is that The Oculous Clinic and Dr. Ziad Ahmed has given him his life back through acupuncture. The result after a couple treatments were amazing. More than he had ever thought possible. We were recommended to this clinic and couldn't be happier with the results. Thankyou so much.
