Since the birth of my children I have been dealing with what was misdiagnosed as rosacea. Katy and Dr. Fung took the time to understand my issues, what might be triggering and contributing, and completed a thorough review of my skin care routine and products. Through this comprehensive professional clinical consultation, they were able to properly diagnose my issues and propose a care plan that was stepwise and focused on results. Katy tested a few products to see how my skin reacted and gave me samples to if my skin improved with continued use before purchasing, which was so appreciated to try before committing to a full product. Plus they use medical grade products so a little goes a long way. The care and compassion the team showed was comforting after struggling for more than a decade. In addition, both Katy and Dr. Fung have followed up to check in on my progress. I highly recommend the Bedford Skin Clinic.

I recently visited the BSC and had a great experience. Never having had Botox injections before, I was a little nervous about how it would all go. I have to say, from the front desk to the explanations I got throughout the procedure I was so impressed. I could tell that the nurses were so well informed and really cared about what I wanted out of the treatment. The results were AMAZING and I can’t wait to explore more of their services! I’m disappointed with how my last visit went, I’ve been going to this clinic for two years now. Had facials which were amazing but had botox done twice and I must say it was horrible. The first time the nurse took her time and listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. The second time, the visit lasted less than 5 minutes. She did not look at my face or nothing and just stated I needed this much units based on last visit.the needles were already filled and placed on the table. I knew for a fact I didn’t need that much as I’ve done other preventative measures that reduced the number of lines. A month after the injections, the lines that were injected are already back as if I was injected with something else. And have a weird line from overfilling in one spot. In my tears of getting Botox this was the worst experience I’ve had. You don’t base the amount of units on the last visit! You have to look at the face and see if it requires more or less. And also the needles should be filled while the patient is there not before. They no longer care about the patient it’s all about money now sadly!

I had an absolutely amazing experience getting my lip fillers! Everyone there was so incredibly nice and welcoming, Sarah was the one who did my lip fillers I would definitely recommend booking with her if you are looking for fillers she was so sweet and patient with me as it was my first time and she walked me through every step it was truly amazing, great environment with great people!

Katy goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best results and experience. I have visible results after 2 micro needling sessions and I’m really pleased. Katy is so so nice and kind and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend her enough!

Bedford Skin Clinic is a beautiful place with the most beautiful people; inside and out. They are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and professional. I was the SUPER LUCKY recipient for one of their giveaways and have just completed my EVOKE treatment on my chin. It is a service worth having! It’s pain free, comfortable and produces incredible results! It is nice and warm under the chin, the redness fades in under an hour (or so it did for me) and truth be told, I often fell asleep during it. They have many other services that I have received. They follow-up and truly make you feel cared for. I highly recommend them and encourage you all to look them up and see all the services they offer!

Dr Elaine Fung is amazing. She's kind, respectful, most of all very competent and meticulous. I trust her dexterous little surgeon hands! She respect all my wants and needs.
