I am happy with how comfortable Ashley made me feel, she was polite and very kind throughout. Today was my first time at the salon, I went in for a wax then and the Balance package. The scalp massage and the facial paired nicely together. I didn't realize how much tension I was holding on my head. The step of washing and drying wakes you up nicely after the treatment, I found it like a whole "me" day! Great experience, staff and services- I will be back!

Jenn is always fantastic! No detail is missed; every service is delivered beautifully. She is a super nice person and extremely contentious. I just had an amazing facial and dermaplaning- it was divine!

This is my second time getting my hair done by Nicole. First time was great! This time? Not so much. It was awful! First off, she was pulling my hair so hard I thought I was going to die. I asked 3 times for her to thin my hair, in which she refused. So I got it done after my appointment by another stylist who’s a friend of mine. My hair was not completely dry, then she attempted to straighten it and it wasn’t even straight! The color, she did well. But everything else was brutal. I will NOT be back and will be sure to share my experience with others!

Can't comment on the quality of services as they cancelled my appointment once I had already arrived (after driving 40 minutes to get there). Offered rebooting for another day instead of accommodating me in the schedule.

Paola was professional and friendly. I have allergies and she was wonderful at working with me to find products that wouldn’t irritate my skin.

Nicole is great! Not only did she do a fantastic and conscientious job cutting my bangs and styling my hair, she is also a great person and awesome to chat with! She also took the time to explain to me the products she was using and in what order so that I could emulate the styling at home. It was a super informative, fun, and relaxed salon experience!

Ashley is super nice and does an amazing job! I had my very first spray tan here and she made the experience easy and relaxing. Also my tan looks excellent, she helped me find the perfect shade that looks completely natural on me (if I lived somewhere warmer lol). Also Clare was amazing, I had my hair cut and styled by her. So friendly, easy going and professional. When I left I couldn’t recall my hair ever looking better. And the products are ethical and eco friendly too! Best experience I’ve ever had in salon and spa.

Ashley was just marvelous: polite, and skilled and efficient - the whole experience was extremely peaceful and relaxing. I can't actually remember the last time I felt so relaxed, and I very much appreciate the wonderful service. As I have very dry hair and a dry scalp, I left the oil in my hair until later - if you book this service and if you had plans for after the service, I would suggest you also book a shampoo there)

We decided to get married last minute during the busy holiday season and Beleaf Aveda went above and beyond to host me for my special day. I had a great experience with Kirby! She is professional and took the time to learn about my hair (damaged from previous home bleaching) and suggest a solution. My hair looked great after a deep conditioning treatment and a cut that got rid of dead ends while maintaining my length. Couldn’t be happier with the result! I’ve already booked a 6 week follow-up with her.

Payloa is my absolute favourite esthetician. The environment is so wonderful and relaxing that I almost fell asleep during a brow shaping!

I really appreciated all the personalized style advice and lots of checking in to make sure I liked the direction we were going. I ended up with exactly what I wanted, customized to fit my natural waves and thickness. I'm very happy with the result. Probably the best hair cut I've ever got!

Be leaf spa is my new favorite hair salon to go to. The staff are always courteous and professional. I have been going semi regularly since the beginning of the year and I never have had a problem. The online booking makes getting in for another appointment so easy! The stylist I saw, Clare, was polite, funny, easy-going and we found fair bit of common ground for conversations so the appointment was a breeze. I was surprised to find I'd been in the salon for an hour. She asked questions before and during the haircut to confirm the length and style I wanted and she did a lovely job. Overall, my experience with her was excellent and I will definitely be back to see her when I need another cut.

It's been since the beginning of the pandemic that I've had my hair done. My hair is 3 different colors, and the only thing I've been able to afford the past year is drug store shampoo and condition. Which i KNOW is so so bad. I was terrified of judgement but I quickly felt so comfortable and accepted! I think I found my new hair gal! ;) I can't thank her enough for the wonderful service I got today! Everything is perfect in the salon! Even the little things they add in like a warm towel around my neck at the sink, I find everywhere else I go it's really uncomfortable. The little scalp and neck massage. I had to force myself to not cry (happy tears of course!) I really needed this pick me up today. Thank you so much!
