Our basement experienced a break-in in February, which resulted in a shattered door leading outside and broken water pipes that flooded the area. Thankfully, we had the help of Darren and his team. We can't express our gratitude enough for their outstanding work. We also want to give a special shout-out to Derek and Jeff for going above and beyond! The repairs and renovations they completed were done with much precision, and Darren's innovative design for the bulkhead around our door has given us the assurance that we won't face any more flooding problems. Although we would have preferred the restoration to have been completed sooner, we completely understand that the province has experienced several hurricanes and floods as well. Nonetheless, we are extremely happy with everything!

Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time and the job was completed in the quoted amount of time. They were very thorough and I appreciated that they went over everything with me. House was left in a clean manner.
