I love when I can write a happy review! Not only did I personally receive excellent customer service, I witnessed several other customers receive same. I was in the store for a switch from Android to iPhone (lengthy process), and Roger went above and beyond to make sure all my data, photos, contacts etc.got transferred over successfully and that I was fully operational before leaving the store. You are now my go-to Bell location!

I wish to acknowledge Hardik for his exceptional patience and knowledge he provided to me today. Some of my cell phone apps were outated {much to my dismay) making several apps unserviceable. Lindsay helped my husband and I switch from a different carrier to Bell as well as buy a new cell phone. It was a smooth and flawless transition. She was knowledgeable and we left feeling very good about our purchase and decision to move over to Bell. I would highly recommend Bell and especially Lindsay at the Bedford Commons Plaza location.

Incredible Service. Store manager Lindsay, and Bell Rep Alex went above and beyond, answering every little question. They both worked hard to find the best mobile packages for our family and even set up our devices in store. I asked a lot of questions which should of seemed dumb to anyone who is technically knowledgeable, but they answered everything and even dumbed it down enough for me to understand. I cannot express enough how helpful and professional they were over the past two days.

Having been in, and manged sales staff myself I greatly appreciated Chris H.and his outstanding service today. I walked in, told him my situation and he responded perfectly. He educated me as to all my options in a very clear, concise and calm way. He read perfectly when I needed time to consider options - let me walk back and forth between the three new phones I was considering with no pressure (sales or time - I took about 15 minutes). Whenever I had a question he immediately came, answered and let me go back to my own comparisons and research. He read the kind of customer I was and mirrored my communication style expertly. He gave me honest positives and negatives as I was coming to a decision and validated my concerns as I came across them. A true professional. In my old role, I would have tried to poach him on the spot. Bell made a $4,000 sale and increased my regard for the company today because of Chris H. If you're relatively equal distance between Bell shops I recommend this location.

I would HIGHLY recommend the sales consultant Chris Hollett at this location. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and went above and beyond to assist me in upgrading to my new iPhone. Had Bell service for years and was relatively happy (except, of course, for the outrageous pricing, but that's another matter). Sold my house in September and canceled the service. Dropped the equipment off at the Damascus Road location on Oct 5. Got a bill for $230 from Bell today saying that I didn't drop the equipment off. Luckily I kept the receipt. Called Bell and the charge was reversed.

So why the bad review for what might have been a simple mistake? Simple: This is not the first time this has happened to me. It's not the second or third time either. This has happened every time I have had a change of service with Bell that required equipment return. EVERY. FRICKIN'. TIME. It has become such a routine that I keep the receipts around for months afterwards for just such an occasion. So what would have happened had I thrown out the receipt, like most people would have? I'd have been out $230 for equipment that I returned. I see people complaining on Facebook all the time about this happening to them. This is inexcusable. Bell needs to be held accountable for this theft from its customers. There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of communication between Bell stores and the mothership. If I were to buy a cell phone from this location Bell would know immediately. The same should be true for returning equipment.

They lied about guaranteed package pricing, don't live up to promises and now they don't answer calls and the mailbox is full. Calling the support line is a joke. Stay away from Bell Aliant - bad experiences from day two. Signing up was nice but after that not fun.

The people here were very kind and helpful. They helped us choose a good phone for me, and figured out a really good plan. The building is clean and there is a good selection of phones, tablets and tv services.
