I placed an order to upgrade my PVR, the order was confirmed by email so I waited at home for most of the day for the technician who failed to arrive, I contacted the customer service desk who put me on hold, eventually I told the work order was still work in progress meaning it was not confirmed and no service call could be expected and another appointment would need to be made. The customer service person I spoke to was located in the Philippines and was obviously reading a script which had little meaning, the service from bell is poor and expensive to say the least, I for one will make ever effort to avoid using any of their services.

Great experience today thanks to the manager Brandon, A1 and would love to have and deal with this type of customer service any day, very pleasant and awesome to work with, thank you sir! And on that note there's a door to door guy that is making a number of people very unhappy and causing much grief and should be dealt with appropriately, probably fired!

Came in to upgrade my phone and Morgan found some extra add-ons I didn't need! Saved me money AND got me a better phone. Thanks buddy!

I wanted to jump ship from Telus because my phone bill increased, so I went to all the cell service stores in the mall. Bell had the best deal by far. Amanda was super helpful and patient with me- I had no idea how to get out of my old plan but she walked me through the process and made it look easy! She hooked me up with a plan so much cheaper than my old one that I could afford a brand new Apple Watch! 5/5 stars to Amanda, thank you!

Very overpriced service, we have 1gb service that is often throttled back to under 100mbps, I've called in past and been lied to about throttling, service tech came out and verified lies about throttling, tech made a phone call and screamed at someone and it was fast for a few days

After months of trying to get my issue resolved Amanda finally got me my phone and at the rate I was quoted. She was amazing to deal with. I would definitely recommend speaking with Amanda in the New Minas NS store

Went in for my very first time to set up a new phone plan with them and I had no clue what to expect but thankfully I was placed with Craig and he was one of the most helpful people I’ve ever spoken to! He walked me through every step and answered every question I had whilst being very patient with me. Great service.

Let me start off by saying if you’re in need of a switch or just need help in general go see Morgan at Bell! 11/10 recommend him! He was so patient and answered all my questions and helped my mother and I set up our new phones! So kind and pleasant to work with! I was anxious about getting a new phone because I don’t know anything about phones. Even though they just got BOMBARDED with customers transferring phones, the staff (Janelle and Ryan) were extremely helpful in identifying my needs and helping me choose a phone that fit my needs.
