I was at the Bell at the Halifax Shopping Center today. I had been having major issues with Bell and went to this store for help. Blaize was available and knew exactly what needed to be done. He spent over an hour assisting us even while having trouble with calling into Bell himself. After quite some time in the store Blaize got it all sorted out. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from a Bell employee. This employee is a star and definitely deserves some serious recognition. Thank you again Blaize, you made my day.

The young lady working at this location is awesome and can handle a bit of a lineup with her time-cutting tenacity. Her services were top-notch on our visits, and she definitely knows her work. Give her a raise to show appreciation, and how she represents that company.

I am deeply dissatisfied with Bell due to their deceptive pricing practices and poor customer service. When I inquired about internet pricing, a Bell employee assured me of a specific rate for a 24-month term. However, my first bill was significantly higher than promised.

When I contacted Bell to resolve the issue, they denied the agreed-upon terms and failed to take responsibility for their employee's misinformation. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I faced long wait times and inconsistent information.

In conclusion, Bell's dishonest pricing practices and subpar customer service have left me extremely disappointed and distrustful of their services. I advise caution when considering Bell for your telecommunications needs.

A tiny wrinkle in our new theme package was ironed out by Ashton in an extremely timely manner. In and out of the store in less than 7 minutes with my favorite channel in place! Thank you!

We were under a different internet and mobile phone provider before and was hesitant to make the switch at first. It turned out to be such a good decision for us! Apart from getting a speedy and uninterrupted internet service, the prices that we got were really reasonable! (Just to note, discounts come in bundles)

I received an offer from Bell today. I was near the end of my contract so I thought I would check out the deal. I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Harman! Man he was great to deal with. I actually got a better deal than the offer i received in the app. In and out with a new phone within an hour! I recommend Harman at the Bell Store in the Halifax shopping center!

I highly recommend dealing with the team of Bell Alliant store in Halifax Shopping Centre, they are wonderful in customer service and they really helped me with my situation recently even though it was something not totally within their scope.
They are a staff that shows respect and empathy and that is in my opinion the core of working with people and offering a better quality of care for customers.

I am go into the store with my parents to help them with some bill with their internet, becuase they get over charged.
The salesman Harman, was very helpful.
He got internet charges removed and lower the bill too and also get them two brand new phones, now they are pay less than Fido, but also they have new iPhones. He give both my elderly parents a full teaching on how to use their new phones and he able to speak in Punjabi helped my father being able to get over his nervousness to get phone.
I and my parents am very happy with service.
