I was there Sunday that just passed. Cary was the most helpful employee ever. He spent as much time needed to help me and my sister understand our phone plans and helped with phone setup, whilst also taking care of other customers when possible.
This was the best experience I've had at a Bell store, and it is singlehandedly thanks to Cary. He triple checked everything and wrote everything down to make sure I knew what I was agreeing to.

Had a great experience with this store, especially Anand kumar was up to date and more knowledgeable. They installed within couple of days and so far no issues.

I had a last minute phone upgrade and I met an employee named Carey I believe was his name. He was amazing. And helped so much and was professional. I actually am gonna go back and try to hire him away from Bell to work at my company.

I recently purchased a Sim @ Bell store inside MicMac, the experience was really pleasant. I was attended by Anand Kumar, he ensured that I felt comfortable. Anand explained in detail on all the available offers and promotions Bell offers. He was very courteous and answered all my queries. He really heard my needs and provided me with the plan that is best suited for my need.

Yesterday Bell Home internet installed at my home. It's on time as they promised. It all started with having conversations with Anand Kumar, he answered all my questions even though my questions were very basic as I am new to the country. He explained me the entire process, offers and everything in a polite way. Knowledgeable man to have conversations about bell products you name it any. I recommend to meet him when you walk in to the store.

I visited the bell aliant store in Dartmouth NS because I was having a problem with spam and questionable entries on my cellphone. Kirstin at the store fixed the problem in a very professional and friendly matter I am very fortunate to have a company such as bell to turn to when I have a problem thanks for being there Terry

I really appreciate the prompt service provided by Bell on my new Apartment in a brand new building. The representative Anand Kumar really helped explaining different plans and scheduled installation with a very short notice. I got the installation done in 2 days as I needed it very urgently. Anand was proactive and very responsive. I am really satisfied with the Service so far. The Installation Service assistant was also very quick and smart, he checked the basement and fixed all connections and installed the latest smart digital equipment (modem+ router). Awesome service.

After speaking with numerous bell customer service reps (via phone and at different stores) over the past two weeks with no success, my husband and I were about to give up on consolidating our different plans and purchasing new devices. I am so happy we decided to stop by the Mic Mac bell store before doing so.
