I recently got iPhone from this store. The customer service was excellent. Sean and Ash was pretty good with explanation of variety of offers. I recommend everyone to visit Bell store at Truro mall for great deals.

Finn helped us set up 3 new lines; 1 being a port. Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave great service. Would highly recommend Finn to anyone! What an asset to the Truro team. Thanks!

Received the most amazing help from Sean today. I had approached several other stores and did not feel comfortable with their services. Sean explained all the features of my new phone and my plan. Super happy!

However,
The service call centres need to get their s*^t together. It would actually make the actual service for the Store Representatives much easier

We had a great experience with Andrew Hiltz who solved every problem we brought in. He was very knowledgeable and helped us quickly. If I could give him six stars for his knowledge and customer service I would do that.

Went to Bell last night, in Truro Mall, & want to thank Nick for all his amazing help with the return of a device. It was such a pleasure to encounter such impeccable customer services, a rarity, & the fact he went above & beyond to help me with my new phone, A big shout out to both him & Tyler.

My needs today were a new phone and plan. Can’t begin to tell you how grateful I was for the time and attention I received from Tyler, Finn, and Ryan Glidden-McKay. I spent the most time with Ryan. He patiently explained every aspect of my new iphone (I had a Samsung) and assisted me in updating a myriad of passwords. I’m very, very happy with today’s experience.

Can’t say enough about how great the customer service is at this location. Sean, in particular, is exceptional. His knowledge, experience and patience when assisting us with a change in our mobility service and adding new home services was remarkable. He saved us over $60 per month and we’re getting much more for our money. Highly recommend seeing Sean for any of your mobile or home services.

My mother was in a few weeks ago to return her box and remote. Her bill was getting way to expensive, and when she called in to customer service all they did was credit her $50 for one month, and this was after she had already been transferred to Loyalty (I used to work for Bell Aliant so I know the process). She decided to make the switch to Eastlink where she will be saving $100 a month. The man working that day at this location tried to convince her to stay, even though she repeatedly told him they she had already made the switch after giving Bell three months to try and figure something out for her; firmly said no, returned her box and remote and began to walk out of the store. As she was leaving, whoever this guy was called out to her "I'll see you in a year when you get tired of Eastlink. " Luckily, my mother brushed it off, and didn't want to speak to a manager because she just wanted to be finished with it, but I was shocked to hear that she was treated this way. This isn't a way to speak to a customer whether they're using their services or not. I understand everyone has a bad day, but saying something like that is inexcusable.

Flawless customer service. We dealt specifically with Sean & Finn. While upgrading our phones they educated use about each individual phone we were considering and had extensive knowledge in all of products which ultimately helped us make our minds up then and there.

Thanks for making our decisions easier.

Unfortunately, a survey with stars alone does not tell the whole story. Let me tell you about my experience with Sales consultant, Ryan Glidden McKay. I went into the Truro office with what I thought was a simple problem. Calls on my I-phone were dropping after the first ring. Well, nothing is ever simple. He methodically trouble-shot. Ryan is an asset to Bell, is very knowledgeable, and truly knows the meaning of customer service an satisfaction.

I went here to upgrade my phone on a busy Saturday afternoon with my mother, we had a lovely employee experience with Tyler, it was fast, efficient, satisfactory and we both left with smiles on our faces.

My parents (seniors) have had issues with phone off and on for over a year. Line went down during hurricane Fiona, September 23rd and it was only restored November 5th. The bill was received for services September 22nd to October 21st and they would not credit the bill because I was not on the account. My father then calls and they won’t credit more then one month even though phone was out for 43 days.

We had purchased new phones and took them into the store for help setting them up. Ryan helped us immensely. Attentive, professional and really knows his tech stuff.
We were extremely pleased with his attention to detail and dealing with us seniors in a very respectful manner.
We were there for a period of time and noticed other customers being attended to in a positive manner.
This would continue to be a “go to” site for us.
