Ben & Florentine

Was super busy when we went, bit of a wait for the food but was amazing once it came out. Skillet was delish, lox eggs Benny also rich and delish. Server was pleasant and attentive.

Good kids menu with reasonable prices. Food was ok. One of my hash browns was still partially frozen.

Went with my friend for brunch and the food was fantastic! We did however ask for butter for our toast, the slices were together so we were unsure if they were buttered. The waiter then touched our toast, pulled the slices apart and said "yea there's butter on them", put the slices back together and walked away. Needless to say we did not end up eating our toast. I don't think I've ever had wait staff touch my food.
Other than that, we had a great meal.

So today was the first time I had ever been in Ben and Florentine, and it was one of the best breakfast/ brunch experiences I’ve ever had, the service was nice and not rushed, even though we came within an hour of closing, the food was literally cooked perfectly to what was asked and tasted amazing, as well as a massive selection of different items. Would recommend to anyone with a love of breakfast food

It’s my new favourite brunch spot! The holiday cocktail is super good and you can’t miss it! Food is decent with a good amount. Service is excellent!

In the same category as pur and simple/Cora's/etc. Large menu, busy. But the staff are efficient and helpful. Big portions.

It's my first time out for breakfast at Ben and Florentines. Service is very friendly and welcoming even it was very busy the food was amazing fruits were super fresh and the smoothies the eggs the crepes.everything was just delicious

I really like to share with you my breakfast experience at Ben & Florentine today. Fist of all the staff was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in until we left always checking and making sure we have everything, I had a poutine which was so delicious the best I ever had and then for dessert a chocolate banana crepe and it was amazing.
I enjoyed my time and would totally recommend it.

We were again, super excited to try this place as we've heard nothing but great things. The restaurant itself was clean and warm. The menu had a great selection, and everything looked awesome. We placed our orders, there were 3 of us in the party. The waitress brought out two plates, and notified me that she forgot to put my order in. So the other two people in our group finished their meals before mine even arrived. They had to ask for their toast to be brought out THREE times and request more than once for more water/coffee. The waitress was rude, and not attentive at all. We politely expressed our displeasure with things, seeing as I had to sit there and watch them finish their meals before mine came out. We were offered a $5.00 off coupon, but declined as we will not be returning. The service can truly ruin an experience even if the food is good.

Don't get it it is so bad don't waste your time if I could put a 0 star rating I would I talked to the manager and he said (sorry not much I can do) don't waste your time and money

Great restaurant! I met up there with friends for breakfast and we had a fantastic experience. The restaurant is bright, inviting, open and very clean. Services was top notch, friendly and attentive. The food was outstanding in quality, portion sizes and presentation as well.

This is a great gem of an eatery and well worth a visit. Highly recommended

Hey i went for pick up my delivery order they take very long time to make the order and very unprofessional staff with lacks of communication skills I didn’t recommend any body make an delivery order from these restaurant.

This is our second time out to brunch at Ben and Florentines. Service is always friendly and welcoming even when very busy. Fruit has been fresh and delicious! Various options available! Gluten free toast options as well! Food is always delicious and fresh and hot. Will be our regular and highly recommended brunch spot!

The decore is bright and very clean!
The food is amazing, fresh fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee. The staff are friendly and very attentive.

Food and service was fantastic. Loved the home fries and the toast and fruit were both very fresh, which I find rare in most restaurants. Pricing was reasonable but don't go expecting an inexpensive breakfast like some diners.
