I went in a couple months ago to get waxed. I was relieved that they had an opening, as I needed it done for an event. They did a great job at shaping my brows. However, I got a horrible break out everywhere they put wax on me the very same day, which has NEVER happened to me before no matter where I go, not even slightly. I am still trying to help my skin recover months later. Will never return in fear of another bacterial breakout.

The shape is a amazing and fluffy.
Love that she shows you where she will wax before she waxes. She also put a eye mask under my eye, they feel ans look ao bright. Also the fan fest mascara is the best!

Alex was awesome! Went to her after i sort of butchered a brow trying to fix them myself. After my appointment its totally un noticeable and they look fantastic. I had my eyebrows tinted for the first time by Kaylin (Kay), and I'm so happy with the results. The color they chose was perfect! My eyebrows are a bit sparse from over plucking and I felt like it was hard to get a natural look with any product I'd tried in the past (I'm not very experienced). After the tint Kaylin recommended a product to me to help fill in where there's not much brow. With the tint there's already a big difference, and with the product it looks even better and still so natural. I finally like my eyebrows again. Yay! Thank you <3

I just wasted my money, no shaping nothing literally, this much money for a low grade service. Really disappointed. Not recommended.

I had an appointment with Sophie today. This was my first time waxing or tinting my eye brows and she definitely made me feel at ease.
She was super polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process etc.
I would 100% recommend her and go back to her again!

Brow mapping + benefit products ware brow-changing for me! It feels a bit weird to get your brows waxed in the middle of Sephora but the always excellent estheticians make you comfortable within seconds.

I have been going to Lynsey since the opening of the benefit brow bar in the Dartmouth Sephora location. She is beyond talented and I will never go to anyone else. She has literally transformed the way my brows look and I have never been so happy with how they look. I feel like a million dollars after the completion of every appt. Lynsey is amazing! She knows exactly what she is doing and does brow mapping of your brows, so you know what she's going to wax. My brows always look really good.

Lynsey does THE BEST job on my brows. The brow mapping process (she marks around your brows with a light colour to let you know what they will look like and where they should start and end) is amazing and lets me know which parts of my brows will be going and what's there to stay (that way you can let her know of any personal preferences BEFORE they wax it off).
She has the best eye for the ideal shape for your face and is so patient. The wax is the perfect temperature and never ever hurts my skin.
Lynsey is always thorough in checking in on my skin routine to make sure I haven't used any retinol super recently to protect my skin. My skin does not even get red after she waxes me.
I love the tinting colour she mixes for me as well.

Lynsey is the first person I’ve trusted to do my brows in at least 4-5 years, and she does an amazing job every single time! I get my brows waxed and tinted and she never disappoints ️ She maps out the perfect shaped brows for your face shape, and gives you the opportunity to make any changes before she waxes (in case you have any specific preferences) and has an amazing eye for symmetry! She is incredible at what she does and I’ll never let anyone else touch my brows again since going to her!
