Walked in today to to buy a VR headset. In the store about 10-15 minutes Staff walked by me twice (no help) I looked for someone aside from the cashier on their phone. Decided I would take my money elsewhere

Was waiting for help in a the store no one came over to help. Workers on they're phones or chatting to each other. Had to go to the front desk for help.

I recently bought a Nextbase 522XR dash cam that comes with a “free gift”, which is a micro SD 32 gb card. I received the dash cam but without the card. When I called customer service about it, they said they will order the card and have it shipped to me. It’s been over a week now and no card. The second problem is that the dash cam is useless without the SD card. I called customer service back again and they said it’s been ordered but can not track it. Is this the service I can expect? They will gladly take your money but if there is an issue, they don’t know who you are. Hello Amazon, my future friend.

The geek squad saved my day. I had a virus pop up on my windows laptop and they told me over the phone how to fix it. Unlike the first repair place I called said that it would be about $130 to fix. The Geek squad saved me from being ripped off by the other computer repair shop and the head ache of being without my computer. Thank you very much Dartmouth Best Buy.

My amazing bf bought me a 60” tv on the Best Buy website to get delivered to my house, because the tv was too big to fit into his car. Not only was it delivered late but the screen was severely damaged! One guy Purolator worker delivered it and clearly either dropped it or carelessly put it on the delivery truck not secured by anything. It clearly states on the box the tv came in to lift it with two people! Me and my bf went through such a hassle to mount it just to plug it in to find it broken. We had to get my father to drive to pick up and drop off the tv to Best Buy. The woman working was quick to help and of course gave us a brand new one of the tv, but didn’t offer any compensation for such an inconvenience. Best Buy should take better precautions to make sure their customers items aren’t damaged. DEFINITELY will never be getting anything delivered again! DON’T because you’re risking your items coming damaged!

The Sale Manager on duty for mobile section “Adrian” was rude, ill mannered and racist! Not sure how he got to be a Manager. He was selling mobile and plans as he was selling pot in ally! He was on power trip and mentioned nobody can help you as they have to go through me. Best Buy do better, train your managers!

Worst, I mean the worst.
Trying to buy head phones from them for 3 weeks. I wanted to see them before buying. Sales people kept telling me they were on order.
The sale ended 3 days ago. The same day they got them in. They would not honor the sale price.
AND SAID IT WITH A SMILE.

Very very disappointed in this best buy store to the point i will never darkin there doorstep again and i tell everybody about what happened.long story short.went to up grade mine and my wifes phone i told the cell phone staff i can't afford monthly bill any more than 175 to 190 a month they promised me it wouldn't be any higher than that and I told them numerous times and they ashored me itwouldn't first bill was 675 second was645 went back to store couple times basically told me and my wife to bad so sad charged me for stuff they said was free got charged for service fees they said was waved unbelievable how poorly they treated me lied right to me to get my business

Wow I needed a phone case this morning as I am getting on a plane this afternoon I drive to Best Buy and they don’t open until 11am on a Monday. What kind of business doesn’t open until 11am. Very disappointed as I was waiting writing this I watched other people show up and try and go in and also were confused as why a store wouldn’t open until 11

Terrible inventory system, never tells you if a product has low inventory so you end up wasting your free time being bothered by sales associates with little to no insight.
Im done wasting my time with this company.

Store hours Mon to fri 11-7, weekend 11-6. When the heck are you supposed to find time to go there if you work? Why bother even having a physical location anymore. Probably explains why they don't have any staff too. How are high school kids supposed to work?

We went here yesterday cause my son wanted to buy a particularly expensive item and the gentleman at the customer service desk was very helpful.also bought a TV from here 10 yrs ago and am happy to say it still works great!

I have a feeling Best Buy will soon close. That’s the only explanation why in a customer empty store you have to run after staff. Or why you find them laughing and joking.or on the phone in some corner. I get they don’t get paid much and they are young, but God help you if you need to buy something from Best Buy
In an empty store with 4 customers and about 8 employees it took 40 minutes to buy a warming coffee mug that was on shelf with the wrong label I might add

Today my experience was not very pleasant in relation to the staff, (not all the customer service lady was the only one friendly) but the others I had to "beg" them to help me or give me specifications about a product I wanted buy.

Bought a New TV with Full protection warranty. TV started having line through it Dec 23rd. Was out of Town over Holidays. Went to store about warranty. Told to call Geek Squad, call Geek Squad, told to call Customer support. Called customer support, left my number to call back, they did not. Call again, was 1hour and 50min on hold. Told me to go to store. We went to store again, was told Warranty expired Dec 27th. 10 days after the Date. Customer service said would request an extension, and notify me. I never herd from them again. Went back to customer Service. Extension was denied, week before, but never did call. I will by at Costco going forward, as Best Buy, is not customer friendly, when something goes wrong, even as a 4 year Geek Squad Member paying monthly fee's. TV was also installed by Geek Squad.
Thanks (Owner for responding), Reached out chat line with Customer Service, they told me to Reach out to Geek Squad. I have been going through this Since the New year. Can someone, please email me, or meet in person. No one from Store, Customer Service, or Geek Squad is taking ownership of the issue. It been on going for 25days. I would be happy to meet with Store Owner, or senior manager.

Today was my third trip to Best Buy in the crossing in under two weeks. Went in for a fit bit, the selection was awful. Nothing in stock, not to mention - hardly anything had price labels. The customer service is also pretty terrible. Ended up going to Walmart to get what I need. Will be ordering online or getting what I need elsewhere in the future.
