Today i went to best buy sydney to buy i phone 14 pro max and the person who was in front desk doesn't have clarity so usually we met the manager cynthia and to be honest i was literally got shocked and disappointed because she doesn't have sense how to talk with customer, so arrogant and disgusting lady i have never seen in my life, i highly recommended to best buy to teach her how to talk with customer and please think twice to make this kind of worst manager, i will never go to best buy. Thanks.

If I could give no stars I would. Costumer service has no idea what is going on in store, and are completely rude. In store specialists are rude, and there needs to be more communication with the company and stores to not further miscommunication and assumptions. I spent too much money there to have this experience, as someone who worked in costumer service this was definitely less then the bare minimum from their employees.

Whenever I've been in the store physically, generally they're pretty good. The one star rating here is solely for their abysmal phone system. I wasted 15 minutes trying to talk to a human to no avail. I'm trying to talk to someone in order to save me from yet another wasted, unnecessary trip into Sydney. Looks like I wasted 15 minutes on the phone, and will need to risk wasting a trip into Sydney because I can't talk to a human.

Located in the Mayflower Mall via mall entrance. Large store, well stocked. Employees are always friendly, easy to find and knowledgeable. Reserved parking for online orders next to building. Hours may differ from mall hours as it is an anchor store.

Not impressed. Went to pay for a console that was on the shelf and when I got to cash. They said they had none and sold the last one earlier and just left the box on the shelf.

I've been to this BestBuy a few times and always had good customer service. A special mention goes to Maria. Maria was friendly, compassionate; she spoke to my husband and I without being condescending (unlike an employee at a different store we'd visited earlier- not a BestBuy), she answered all of our questions and concerns with appropriate detail, she demonstrated understanding of our needs and wants with regards to the products we wished to purchase and didn't pressure us. We were able to leave the store for a while to discuss our options and purposely sought out Maria when we were ready to make our purchases. Maria is an outstanding member of staff who deserves recognition for excellent customer service.

What a great experience went into buy a laptop and the sales associate Simon was on the ball greeted me right away, super friendly and knowlagable. I was in and out of the store in 20min with exactly what I wanted. Best computer buying experience of my life, pun intended, lol.

Good prices but absolutely terrible online ordering and customer service, ordered a series x and were told we would be messaged when we were supposed to pick it up and after 6 days they finally got back to us but only to tell us the order was cancelled because we didn't come pick it up even though we never got a message from them.

Went for buying a screen protector for my iphone 12, they charged me ₹57 plus ₹10 for installation of screen protector. Even then the proctector was placed in a ugly manner, they tried twice to fix it but still was with air bubbles.

Me & my family come here quite often, each time we get better service than the last and almost every time it has been with a handsome gentleman by the name of Kyle, very nice, efficient, and patient with how and what he does when helping customer's.

Y'know Best Buy Future Shop is good because they don't answer their phones due to Covid (Yeah try calling any Best Buy, you get told to go to their website) and have reduced hours in Nova Scotia even though we've only had max 6 cases in the last 6 months. Apparently Covid morphed so horribly that you can catch it through phones. Nothing available instore, ALL has to be ordered online. Terrible company.one star. Maybe Futureshop shouldn't of merged with Best Buy and fired 700+ employees in 2015. Best Buy itself is horrid. Before this 2015 merge I bought a overpriced Pc at Staples in 2013 because I thought it would be cheaper then Futureshop, turns out the Pc I bought didn't even have a Motherboard that could have video cards put in it and I paid over $800 for that pc in 2013 which is ALOT today let alone back in 2013. Oh but it gets better! In around 2015/2016 after having to buy another motherboard at Futureshop (SURPRISE that also had to be ordered online and took over a week to get!) which was $150 just so I could get video cards placed into my Pc I got a 750ti for around $150 at Staples then got the guy at Staples to put it in my Pc, (which I paid around $40 for him to do so), didn't place the card in correctly and a few months later my Pc wouldn't turn on, I took it to a Pc shop we used to have here in Reserve Mines called the Web Beach (Also a terrible store and no longer exists), they told me that the 750ti fell out of the slot it was placed in, which meant that the serviceguy at Staples half arsed it in and did a half job. So the guy at Webbeach placed the card back in and charged me nothing for it. (one of the only good things I could say about Web Beach). I wish there was a negative rating because aside from a few good guys at Geeksquad I couldn't rate this low enough!

Ordered a washer online, one week later it was delivered, when the delivery guys were unboxing it they noticed it was damaged and said tbey had to return it. After calling 3 different times over a weeks time to speak with best buy online, i was told it would be another 2 weeks till i will find out when the washer might be delivered. Thats unacceptable seeing that i haven't actually received it yet its not like im returning it after owning it. Last time a big item will be purchased here.

Bhreagh in customer service was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help us solve an issue with an appliance that arrived broken. We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Thank you so much for you help!

The only downside to this place is getting the attention of the employees after you first enter. But once you do get assistance it's great. (assuming you even need assistance, 90% of the time I go to Best Buy I know precisely what I want and where it is)

It's a Best buy. So far the best place I've found for tech stuff in Sydney, but for most "nerd" gear (3d printer supplies) I'll probably be shopping online.

I went there yesterday and wanted to see if they have the chair I saw on their website. I didn't find it and was leaving when one of the guys working there approached me. I asked him about the chair and I can tell he doesn't have a clue about what I'm talking about. He said they don't have this chair in store because it is easy for people to steal it! I DID NOT KNOW THAT MANY PEOPLE GO TO SYDNEY BEST BUY TO STEAL CHAIRS!

Went in to Best Buy to look at the printers and noticed that me and my 2 friends weren't just being watched but stared at very uncomfortably by all of the employees. We weren’t sure what we did wrong so we asked why they were following us and the manager said it was for if we needed any help. We felt uncomfortable so we left. We came back to complain and the manager told us the real reason to why she had her employees surround us. She said that since we are teenagers she thinks that we could stuff a tv up our shirts and leave with it.didn’t even apologize. They lost my business.

Workers used to seem to want to help. Now it is like they are avoiding you when you need their help. I was going to buy a few things from them but nobody was around so I went home and ordered online.

Great experience, even on one of the craziest shopping days of the year I was helped quickly, got what I was looking for and the store wasn't looking ransacked. Hats off to this Best Buy for keeping it together and having wicked customer service! 5 stars all the way.

Most friendly staff of the Best Buys I have been to. There is always someone available for questions. We've made a number of large purchases from this location and could not have been happier

I also purchased the Geek Squad monthly service for the previous 12 months but as an IT person, it didnt add much value for me. This is something the older generations could utilize. I did have a free installation for the TV I had purchased and the guys that did this were excellent. Mounting above the fireplace in older brick can be tricky but these guys were awesome.

Was getting warranty work done to my computer, it had to be sent off, not a problem, but I asked them not to wipe clean my original setup when I bought the laptop, but sure enough they did, they apologized, I used to have no ads or pop ups, now its constant, and slowing it down drastically. I returned back to get my set up re installed, but still getting every add and pop up there is, they said there's no way of knowing what the original set up was.my $1500 laptop is now no better then my $300 laptop, thanks Geek Squad Sydney,

Fantastic selection on all electronics. Customer service is good and friendly but not pushy like many other electronic stores. Employees are very willing to help there.

Lots of staff, many of whom are not very good. Have an appliance sitting in our foyer awaiting installation, we paid 206.00 for tje install. 3 weeks later, still not installed

Needs more cash option registers. Also one guy that helped me had really bad body odor and strong garlic smell on his breath. I tried to get away but he kept on coming closer to me
