We required assistance with replacing something with our lift station recently. Leroy Sr.was efficient and so wonderful to work with. We will continue to call Blackburn Bennett Plumbing & Heating whenever we need to regarding our home's plumbing and heating needs.

They did an excellent job from start to finish on the conversion of our house from oil to propane. The quote was prompt and competitive, they responded to any questions we had within hours, they were able to plan the installation around our busy work schedules and the installation was very professionally done and completed as scheduled.

These guys and gals are the best! Twice in the last year I had plumbing issues at my business and both times I called they were quick to come and resolve the issue for me. Nothing but praise for all of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with, from the initial phone call to the technicians who came for the service call. Extremely friendly and professional, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else! Thanks everyone for all your hard work.

I have a rental property and the tenants called me to say that there was a sewer problem.
The 2 repair techs came to inspect the plumbing problem and found the problem right away and instructed us what has to be done next to repair the damage in a very stressful situation.
Staff were very pleasant and professional.
I have tried calling multiple times for 2 days to see if they would do the work needed and they don't reply.

Can't say enough good things about Blackburn! I hired Blackburn to run a camera down my sewer line after another plumber failed to resolve a clog with his snake. The other plumber had repeatedly insisted that "he had a bad feeling" about a major problem (a scare tactic), touted his 30 years of expertise, and charged me an exorbitant amount ($644!) for an ineffective snaking!

Chris from Blackburn was patient, honest, kind, and took the time to explain what was happening. As the camera revealed, the clog was a simple one (toilet paper ball) just a bit further down the line than the first plumber bothered to snake! Chris ran the camera far down the line to make sure there were no problems with the entire main drain pipe. He was professional, and I will use Blackburn for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

They have done few jobs but I will always get bill for more extra hours they put in.when complained about this matter to owner about there employees putting more hour … instead of resolving the issues he was loud rude and use profanity word
I would never use them be warned they will charge you more

I cannot say anything about this company as I have never used them. I had to contact them about a completely different issue. What I can say is the issue was swiftly dealt with, and the owner called me to follow up, very kind.
