Great overall experience with our inspector Ryan Arnold. He was easy to talk to, made sure all questions and points of concern were clearly explained so that all parties understood. He took time to go over all items of the house, even items that were not a concern but may, at first glance, cause some concern to us. The report produced by Ryan was equally informative and detailed all issues found during the inspection as well as general information about the items being inspected.

I am delighted to use the services from Bluenose Inspection. The inspection is value for money. They used the latest technology equipments like thermal camera detector and drone to take the pictures of roofs and walls to check all the possible leakages of water from walls.

Ryan gave an extremely in depth inspection of the home I was bidding on and was very thorough in the presentation he sent later on. I’ve seen those ghost hunter shows and this guy had all the gear those guys had and more. I didn’t see one ghost. Also, you could see through the friggin walls at the plumbing and stuff which was reassuring as well. He was pokin at the house every which way and flying drones and whatnot. Top notch stuff. He had his head up in crawl spaces and all that. The walk through was a very informative experience that put my concerns to rest and the report will be one I can see myself referring to again as I make a list of improvements the home needs.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Ryan! We originally hired him to inspect a house that turned out to be pretty unsafe. After he was there for five minutes he called us and he was so honest about the situation. We ended up finding a way better home in a better area so it must have been meant to be! He came and inspected our new house and was very helpful and attentive. We are buying from out of province and relying on him and our realtor to be our eyes. He provided such a detailed report with photos and everything was explained in detail. He gave us all the info for the issues and what steps he would recommend moving forward. Moving is a stressful situation, but moving to another province is even worse, especially when you can only view it by Zoom. I bought a house on line, because of the covid19 outbreak we were not able to go in person to see the home. Bluenose Inspection did a top to bottom inspection on the home we had in mind. They came back with some items that we new needed fixing, but some you can't tell by a picture. Overall they came through with flying colors in my books. I would definitely use this company again.
