Terrible customer service- tellers with their cellphones texting whilst your bank info is on the screen, Unable to do simple transaction that take 5 minutes at other branches, the manager at this location did not even reach out to us knowing the situation. The teller and the mutual funds guy who said he's be there to help the next day saw us waiting, he was on the phone, after 10 plus minutes we left. So glad we do minamil transactions here. Poorest customer service I have ever encountered The one star is only because I had to put it to rate the place

I suffered discrimination there. I ask for print the bank statement for a year. The first time they told me I need to pay it 5 dollars by printing it out. I said ok. I don’t mind. And I then they told me me to find out the statement and printed out need 20-30 mins. I can send you by email. I said please send it today from My lawyer’s requirement. They promised me but didn’t sent to me on time. I came to the branch today. They told me to get the paper copy! I need to pay 60. I never be charged getting the copy for that. Now I got the copy from another branch without being charged. If you are looking for a good service and be honest with the information. Trying to avoid it.

The teller that served me today had an atrocious attitude. Did not say hello just barked at me to insert my card. Horrible customer service with a scowl. The BMO way.
