My son and i were told he would receive a promotional bonus for opening an account. After a month of trying to get answers as to why he didn't receive it, we were told he didnt qualify. Inconsistent messaging from banking staff. I was told representatives phoned me but no proof of such calls. Inconsiderate and uninterested management when addressed. Not even an apology. Just to say" our policy is clear"

Worst customer service ever opened a new account and nothing but troubles and when you go to the branch everyone looks like they are you doing you a favor and not helping you. Made a mistake by dealing with this bank. Stay away

So, I went to this place to withdraw some cash and I gotta say, the teller was kinda unprofessional. She wasn't even looking at me, and to top it off, she was chewing gum like it was nobody's business. Plus, she kept asking her colleague how to do things on her computer. It was kinda annoying, to be honest. I will never go back to this branch.
