Love the Christmas decorations, service was stellar! Food was good, lots of options, definitely will come back!

Was there tonight with our sons hockey team. There were 40 of us and the service was amazing! They took orders and food came out promptly. Clearly they were prepared for our large group and the dinner went smooth and everyone had a great time. Thank you!

The entire kitchen and wait staff left me alone in the restaurant when they saw an ice cream truck. They all came back with ice cream cones 5 minutes later. I can't believe this actually happened

Exceptional customer service and great food specially their manager Jennifer is the nicest lady i have ever met in a restaurant. Great place to spend a night out with friends or family for a good dinner.

Was very good had amazing service and the waiters were so friendly.the food was pretty good, although the prices were a bit on the higher side and portion sizes were a bit small but overall a great experience. Would definitely come again!

Service was not good, waitress didn't wait till we were done talking before leaving our table. Over charged for a kids meal and she tried to tell me the dessert was included when it was clearly charged on the bill. My brother said his wings were greasy and not good. He ordered sauce with them that tasted like Franks red hot. My Mom was told a small order of wings contained a dozen.she was given 9. Bandera bread was good, dip was hot and didn't taste good. An all around not good experience.

Huge shoutout to the gentleman who came to deliver some forgotten sauces this evening for a take out order. That is a terrific representation on how to run a business! Will be going back again soon. A+

Had shrimp tacos, great waitress. 14 at our table. All went well. Served quickly! Liked the location. Easy into parking area. Clean premises and friendly guests seated near our table. Thanks Boston Pizza!

We usually go there once a week, the service was not great coffee was cold had to ask for hot coffee, they forgot my husbands gravy again, was asked if I needed a container to take my food home, the server never came back, had to ask for the container, won't be going back for a while not happy.

The restaurant was good. Food was also very good.the service we had was really good.if I'm.back in town I would definitely stop in here again.

My partner and I eat here quite frequently. Friendly staff, always quick and upbeat even when they're swamped. Definitely my favourite place to eat!

Service was excellent. Got waited on as soon as we walked in. Be prepared to not be able to eat all the meal. Portions are large for the price. The only problem was my hubby wanted a cup of soup and they didn't have any.

Very poor service. Customer service needs to be improved, it doesn't hurt to smile. Hostess, Adria noted her name this time cuz we had the same rude hostess last time, she could have been nicer.

Customer service needs to be improved. They messed up my order, that I was trying to pick up and take away for elderly people, and had to remake part that wasn't safe due to allergies (that were addressed at the beginning.) So I had an extra long wait and sat at the bar. I ordered a draft, which for some reason they charged $10 plus tip for. I would think that if I had to wait because they messed up my order, they should at least comp a drink.

Boston Pizza in Sydney is a solid establishment. I've never had any incredible meals there, but I haven't had any bad ones either. The staff are usually friendly, the atmosphere is enjoyable, and the food does the trick. While it might be a little bit pricey at times, you usually get a reliably decent meal here. Their fish bowl drinks are fantastic, I should also mention!

Great food.depending on the time of day you go. I used to go to Bp twice a week every week for 3-4 years. The best time to go is first thing at 11: 00 am. The veges are cool and crisp, the food is prepared with care and looks and tastes great. Supper time is different, food is thrown together sloppy (not everytime) veges are warm and soggy. Alot of times is not made to my specifications, so have to send my plate quite a bit because they get my order wrong alot. But, with that said.the staff are very friendly and nice when they get my order rite, the food is amazing! They keep the dining area very clean and neat. Mistakes happen, I totally get it. I still love this place. If the waiter would look at the dish and go over the order to make sure it was correct, it would save people from sendinv it back.

Food is alright but extremely over priced for what it is. Most of it is frozen and either microwaved or baked. Atmosphere is good and staff is almost always great, but the overpriced food stops me from wanting to come here more often.

Over the past couple months I've been going here I have gotten to know and love the staff they're very friendly very fast to serve and always down for a little chat when they have time the food is amazing although I usually only get wings and pizza with a ceaser salad I bet the rest is just as good and the drinks you dont wanna get me started on the drinks they're perfect in every way and I would love to see more added to the drink menu (they added a servers signature drink board which I think is a superb idea)

Went at dinner time it was very busy so we took a seat in the bar. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Excellent service and food. I had the individual size perogy pizza and my friend had the Memphis burger. Both were really good. The menu has a decent selection of burgers, starters, and pasta dishes.

Good food but the service is lacking. The washrooms are always clean. The dining room has carpet which makes me think they do not want kids? !? The servers most times do not smile or do anything extra - they menu is good though and the food is quick even during lunch time.

Love love love the food. I’d have the salted wings anytime. Only thing I’m not going to do is pay $5 for a vodka shot when a 375ml bottle costs $15 right across the street. Otherwise there’s good energy and it’s nice for Saturday/ Sunday evening hangouts

Expensive for just getting pre made frozen stuff that if just reheated. I'd rather go somewhere with a real chef. Staff is top notch though.

Terrible experience! Called in morning to ensure the Grey Cup would be shown. Our Group arrived 2 hours early to watch pre game festivities. Ordered drinks (thunder mugs) and wings. Waited for the Patriots (NFL) game to end then they put on another NFL game. Brad, the bar manager, outright refused to put on the CFL game. Biggest day in Canadian sport! I spoke to the owner and he sided with Brad. So we left. Spent $56 on beer and food in our first 30 minutes and was prepared to spend $400 to watch the Grey Cup and pre game. I will never return to this store and won't buy the $200 in gift cards I buy for family each Christmas. Their loss!
