The rest of the food was not great, I was very disappointed!

BP's is my family's go to place to eat with our kids. I find the New Glasgow locations food to always be consistent and delicious! The service is always amazing especially with Chrysa. Her quick wit and sense of humour always gives us a laugh!

Ordered the BAKED 7 cheese ravioli. I expected it to actually be baked. It was microwaved. A tell-tale sign of microwaved food is when some of it is hot, some warm, and some cold. Horrible meal.

Food bland, service was very slow, friendly staff. One waitress for entire bar side, also took care of the bar making drinks. Good luck…won’t be back

Enjoyed the Smokey Mountain Spaghetti and Meatballs, lots of it gets served with 3 huge meatballs, if your really hungry you might get thru it all, I was there for lunch, ate half and had the rest for supper

Ordered food an hour ahead.stood at the hostess booth for 10 minutes before being greeted. Was told my food was already started waited another 20 minutes for rushed under cooked pizza.

My husband and I had an exelent dining experience. We made reservations and upon arrival, our table was waiting for us, the service was great and the food was yummy. We were very impressed with the overall cleanliness of all area's in the restaurant and the teamwork among servers, helping each other in a busy time, serving us in a timely manner.
We will definately be back for more.

Terrible service during our visit March 31st. Had to wait 45 minutes for our appetizer and when it arrived we had no cutlery and it was missing things. Then another 45 minute wait for our mains. I had finished my water while eating the appetizer; and joked about how long it would take them to fll it, but the joke was on me as we got the cheque with it still empty. The food was ok but slow to receive. We won't be going back.

Our server Sharla was a exceptional, quick service, great attitude and was very informative about their new products. Definitely recommend her.

Our service was amazing, food was on point and served rather quick at a popular time and the drinks kept coming! We loved the recommendations for the honey dill burger was solid, thanks for making our family night out amazing.

Wasn't a bad place. I just didn't like my meal and in all fairness I was trying something I have never had before.

Went out for hockey team/family meal 27 people and I didn't get my meal, I finally asked after everyone was almost finished eating and apparently they messed up in the kitchen and forgot about my meal. I told them to forget it at that time and asked for nachos to go, I was expected to pay for them until I asked about it.we did have a wonderful server, it was by no means her fault. Not impressed and will not eat at this Boston Pizza anymore.

Sadly, after waiting 45 minutes, we didn't even have a glass of water brought to our table. Table of 8. Staffing issues abound in the service industry. I really don't blame the restaurant, just disappointed.

Single handedly worst Boston Pizza I have ever been at. Service was abysmal. We waited 3 hours for food while people all around us (who arrive well after us) were getting served. Then they have the gall to automatically add a 20% gratuity to our bill. Stay away!

Twice now have gone to BP on Friday night for supper. First time about six weeks ago waited quite awhile before supper came and it was cold, reheat was cold. Second time last friday night, waitress told us it was a wait. We sat and waited 40 or minutes and noone came to take order. At the time only six tables with customers. Counted three waitresses. Not an offer for water or drinks. When we got up to leave we told them we couldn't wait any longer. Definitely won't be back.

Sauce was on point and the crust was just perfect golden brown
Toppings were plenty and the pie was hot once arrived home.

Friendly and amazing staff, although they were short staffed I was still served pretty quick, and the food was amazing, this was my first time at this location and it won’t be my last

We took our granddaughters out for supper last evening, it was fairly quite when we went than got busy. Our waitress Sharyla was nothing but AMAZING. She handled everything with grace & ease. Great Employee and they are to come by.

Pire service j'ai jamais eu de ma vie. La sangria très ordinaire. Nourriture bon mais rien de plus. 80$ gaspiller. Nous ne reviendrons jamais.

Visited Boston Pizza Sundayfeb 27 for lunch with my wife while in New Glasgow. Our service from the bartender was above and beyond great experience and meals were hot and very tasty!

My family and I had lunch at your New Glasgow site.our experience there was very welcoming but terribly disappointed with their soup of the day which was Broccoli Cheddar.so disappointed.the soup was a potato soup.no broccoli.no cheddar and was recommended by the waiter so i ordered it.the only part of my lunch I liked was the garlic toast. I even commented to the waiter that I wasn't pleased with with my soup and he said " oh that's too bad" I said it was okay but he never offered to remove my bowl which was sitting in front of me with the napkin on it.indicating I was finished with it.he just continued on his way.my husband and family were pleased with their choices. It will unfortunately be a while before I return to BP and we eat out 2-3 times a week and are always looking for a great family place to eat. Our bill came to $77+ with a generous tip

If you like Boston Pizza's menu then you know what to expect. Full menu lots of choices good service food is as expected.

Currently sitting here waiting slightly under an hour for my food. Only 22 customers in the entire restaurant and with service like this they will never have to worry about being overwhelmed with a full house.because no one will be eating here if this keeps up!

I'm very hopeful for the new opening.under new management, with a excited, knowledgeable staff the gluten wise menu is extremely tasty.

I previously gave this place a 2 star rating under the previous owners. My work place decided to have our staff party there tonight (09/29) for Staples. There were around 15-20 of us and the Boston pizza staff were friendly, quick and made sure we had everything we needed. They always checked on us to make sure we were good. For how many of us there were, it didn’t slow them down. Food was also delicious this time around and actually hot. I was hesitant to go back again because of the previous owners, but I’ll 100% be back now. These new owners got it right this time.

Just left there 3 minutes ago. We were welcomed and seated immediately, then sat for more than 10 minutes without any acknowledgement by the over 6 staff walking around the lounge area. We tried to get their attention to no avail. We promptly left, being thanked by 4 or 5 staff on our way out, including the hostess that seated us.
So, I guess, great front of house with zero follow through? We left hungry and are heading elsewhere.

New Glasgiw Boston Pizza has picked itself up from before. Great service, food was bang on, and the family and I had a great meal. First tike back to this location since the re-opening, so I cant give it a 5 star yet.

Omg the best food! Its was so delicious, the staff were extremely professional and sweet! Definitely taking my kids there soon!

Great food, great selection and great staff. Our waiter was extremely friendly and we were even asked by who I assume was management if everything was good and we were enjoying our meal. The interior of the restaurant is also extremely modern and clean.

Nothing has changed, sorry to inform you, the shift in owners obviously doesnt affect customers, same slow, hateful, depressing location

Staff was ignorant. Only good thing was the pasta- other than the fact it took 40 minutes to get.

Been there before all the shifty management issues, and boy was it ever a train wreck, people not working, food being cold, and everything in between.recently i attended before the public opening of of the new glasgow area boston pizza.i was very suprised to see the exact same faces from before the management change, to clarify for you folks, a management change will not affect the customers overall experience whatsoever, its rather a change for the employees, so when reading other reviews from the past, keep in mind these reviews are still accurate and still apply, because overall the same people are back, with 2 or 3 fresh faces thrown what seems to be carelessly into the mix.this location still has the same rude staff, and even ruder new additions, who seem to not even want to be there in the first place.my personal experience entailed with me getting invited to a dress rehersal to help the employees prepare, i attended day 2 of this rehersal, i entered the doors to find it wasnt as busy as expected.i talked to the hostess, who (for their privacy i will not mention) and they seemed to be shy, and me, having a hearing impairment perhaps, was not able to hear what she said, so politely i asked her to speak up, i was gifted with a sigh and eye roll, from that hostess who clearly did not care much about her job, none the less i sat down, lovely waiter greeted me, asked me about drinks and food, and seemed to have disappeared for close to 30 minute, without any drinks being delivered, normally im not an impatient person, but i do like to think that the people working around me, care about the experience of their customers, but in this case, i guess not.close to an hour in, the food arrived, with soggy cold fries, but a decent spicy chicken burger, only issue was the fact they were cold and obviously, would not blame the kitchen staff for that, but rather the painfully slow service from the waiter and the horrible greeting i got from the host.like mentioned before, if you have been here before it closed, it hasnt got any better, if anything its gotten worse, and if you are thinking about going, dont.its only going to cause you headaches and anger.in the new glasgow area there are many, local, really good restaurants i would check out over this.cafe italia being 10 minutes away is much better, sams, acropole, barbs family diner, these are all restaurants that are locally owned, all less than 20 minutes away from boston pizza.in other words, i was invited to boston pizza for review purposes and found it had only gone down hill.if the staff cant act friendly for 20 people at a dress rehersal, how are they going to treat YOU if you decided to go, as a paying customer, with likely twice as many people in attendance.they could not pay me, to eat there again, save your money, support better, cheaper local buisness, or, drive 30 minutes to truro, at least they have a stable location

Just went in today to try it out, only ordered a beer and a Ceasar. Waited over 25 minutes to get it, and the place had lots of staff on. Not at all impressed. Will not be going back. Apparently the new management didnt help the place.

Food wasn't great. Staff was unbelievably rude. I took my kids here and the waitress just seemed annoyed when my daughter was trying to order. Don't take your kids here or anyone else for the matter if you want to be treated well.

Not one to complain about a free meal, staff was unfriendly, hostess didnt even talk to me the entire time she sat me, telling everyone so they know before they spend actual money on this bad service

All one-star reviews are from the time of the previous owners and they do not hold up to the standard of the current owners who are terrific at their job and they curently own a total of 5 Boston Pizza's in Nova Scotia.

The staff are very friendly and it is a very good waiting time for food.
Menu has a wide variety of burgers, salads, drinks, pizzas, and even has a glutten wise menu as well as other alergen items! Such as the califlour pizza which is very delicious, it's basicaly as good as normal pizza.

Keep up the good work and I have to say that the 1 stars do NOT represent this new manegment. Would definitely recommend.

Well, went in for the dress rehersal, staff, including hostess wouldnt even talk to me, even for a blooming new buisness, the staff could atleast talk to me instead of rushing me out the door, drive the extra 40 minutes to the one in truro, atleast that one is reasonable

Across the street from the Comfort Inn. Good pizza. Fantastic salads. Try the raspberry quencher. Yum
