I ordered a chicken Parm with the spaghetti and a side salad, they forgot to bring utensils so I had to cut up a timmies cup and use it as a spoon. It was a negative experience. Food was aight tho

Quality food & service, quality environment all together. I never seen like Boston pizza

Souper hier soir le 16 août 2022 en soirée. Nous étions heureux que ce BP de situe à une minute de marche de notre hôtel, soit le Claymore Inn & Suites. Nous avons aimé l'ambiance relaxante et l'éclairage apaisante après une journée de moto. Nous avons commandé une pizza 13 " médium de base avec 3 ingrédients, piments verts, oignons rouges et champignons. Total pour la pizza de $29.36 mais il me semble que c'est beaucoup plus que j'avais calculé. C'est toujours ainsi d'ailleurs quand nous allons chez BP. Nous n'y allons jamais par choix mais seulement quand nous n'avons pas beaucoup d'autres options. Ça ne nous disait absolument pas de reprendre la moto hier soir et partir à la recherche d'un restaurant. Je viens de vérifier le menu sur le site internet de ce restaurant. Chaque ingrédient était à $1 49. La pizza de base était à $20.99. Un simple calcul me donne $25.46 au total et non $29.36.
Nous retournerons aujourd'hui pour exiger des explications.

J'y suis retourné hier le 17 sur l'heure du souper pour me faire expliquer mon addition en détails par une sympathique jeune dame qui a pris le temps de me décortiquer le tout avec l'écran en plus comme si je commandais à nouveau la même chose que la veille. Ce qui n'est absolument pas évident sur le menu est que le prix de $1.49 pour chaque ingrédient, c'est pour les pizzas individuel les et que c'est $2.79 pour les medium de 13 ". C'est clair sur l'écran quand elle enregistre la commande mais pas sur le menu pour la clientèle en ce qui me concerne. Je maintiens que c'est trop cher pour ce que nous avions

Nous avions aussi une portion généreuse de frite à $6.49 (16 onces) qui étaient vraiment succulentes. Nous avons été servis passablement rapidement. Le restaurant n'était pas tellement bondé, ce qui nous a plu car nous avions besoin de cette atmosphère de calme. Katie était sympathique et attachante dans tout son naturel. Une jeune fille très agréable avec qui nous avons passé un bon moment. La pizza était excellente mais trop chère comme toujours. Nous avons laissé 18% de pourboire à Katie. Total de $48.65 avec taxes et pourboire, ce qui n'est pas une aubaine pour une pizza et une frite quand même! Des photos seront ajoutées à notre retour de voyage.
N. B.nous joignons la photo de notre addition qui prouve clairement ce que j'avance dans cette confusion désavantageuse pour nous. On verra pour notre 4 étoiles suite à notre rencontre avec la gérance aujourd'hui.

The owner is very rude and watches people while they eat.making them feel very uncomfortable

10/10 experience with Kelsey M as our server, she went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. She is kind, and caring and we would return to this location just to have her as our server.

More like a tgif or Applebee's.not just a pizza place (what I thought it was). Seated right away, food was good. Service was really good.checking several times on food okay or needing more anything.

The ribs are amazing although the coleslaw lacked much taste. And the jumbalia fettuccine is amazing too

There was five adults in our party. We were seated quickly and a waitress came by soon after with menus and place settings. She gave us an appropriate amount of time to look over the menu before returning. One of our party that day can be a difficult and demanding customer at times. He was on point this day also, asking meaningless questions and unable to make up his mind on what he wanted, only to order the least expensive item. The waitress handled this like a pro, with a big smile and alot of patience. She returned to our table several times, asking if we needed anything and in my opinion did a great job. The food was good and plentiful, nice and hot and seemed very fresh. I was happy to tip her for great service and patience.

Service was fast and friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so comfortable. My friend and I had a great visit.

Everything BUT their pizza is good, it's just microwaved and it's a bit pricey but just get some pasta or a burger and it will be great!

Very similar to any other Boston Pizza.
That's not meant to be a bad comment or review. BP is a chain and consistency across the chain is a good thing. The service was good, the nachos were good, the TV selection was good.

Dropped in for a quick brunch while travelling through the town. Experience was good as always with other BP’s I’ve been to. The staff was very friendly and the food arrived well on time.
Would recommend this place.

Popped in for lunch and, since I'm a spaghetti hound, ordered the Smokey mountain spaghetti with meatballs. It showed up and I couldn't believe my eyes, it truly is a mountain of spaghetti! Served with a delicious Bolognese sauce and melted cheddar drizzled over top and a piece of the most delicious garlic bread a person could ever want, so buttery and garlicky! Lol
I can eat a lot of spaghetti, you should see me go in Cuba, but I decided consciously to not eat the whole serving since it was lunch time and I needed to stay active that afternoon. We got the balance put in a doggy dish to take home and it fed both the wife and I for a late night snack a couple days later. Highly recommended! Btw the hungry carnivore looked fantastic too so that's on my bucket list for next time. Great service and very friendly staff. Don't think twice!

Loved the hungry carnivore pasta, pizza and a chicken strip starter. Would certainly try other stuff

Probably the worst pizza I’ve had in my life, but I don’t blame the staff, I blame Boston pizza’s corporate overlords. I ordered a deluxe Hawaiian pizza.the thing came back with no tomato sauce and it was covered in some sweet chilli garlic sugar candy sauce. It tasted like hot garbage also I’m pretty sure this pizza gave me diabetes.

The food was good.thanks for the tasty salad.service was perfect.the family and I enjoyed our time.patio tables were well shaded while we were there.the parking lot needs an up date.

Good drinks, great service & walking distance to the hotel I was staying at (thank god) martini Mondays got the best of me!

OMG it is just a terrible place to eat. The service is very slow and the waitresses are very snooty. I WILL never go back to a Boston Pizza anywhere.
