Nice Pizzas, Caesar Salad good, and the unique ice cream pie tasted great too. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. It's a big place and lots of big TV screens to watch sports.

My girlfriend’s dad ordered through the SkipTheDishes app from the Granville street BP location. We wanted to order straight from BP itself, but they had no drivers working this Saturday. Among the order was a 13-inch Bandara Bread that was not delivered. He contacted the restaurant hoping that they would have someone deliver our missing item but they wanted him to drive over and pick it up, or to go through SkipTheDishes and get a refund. Obviously, he wanted to speak to the manager due to the poor quality service. The manager/franchisee was condescending and rude from the beginning and started telling him to calm down. Yet, he was not raising his voice and was as calm as one can be in this situation. The franchisee then started laughing at him and was being totally unprofessional. If this is how he treats a paying customer, I can’t even imagine how he treats his employees. On top of all this, our food was cold by the time it arrived. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Boston Pizza, and I highly recommend people to not take their business here.

I am upset with the professionalism of the manager of the restaurant on Granville Street.
I ordered with Skip the Dishes and I was missing an item worth $28. When I called to inform the staff I was told my only option was to come to the store to pick up my missing item or receive a credit. I wanted the item sent out to me. I asked to speak to the store manager
and when he came on the phone I was not treated fairly. He was interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what happened and how I would like it resolved. Then he proceeded to tell me to calm down when I truly was being calm and just trying to communicate to him what happened and how I would like it resolved. He actually began to laugh sarcastically at one point and now I was feeling angry but I still did not raise my voice nor did I become abusive. The Manger did agree to send me a store credit of $20 which I will give to someone else because I will never do business with this franchise again.

Update on this situation.
In fairness to Boston Pizza the store manger called me and apologized for his actions and he explained more clearly where he was coming from. He also credited me with the amount I paid for the food and gave me a store credit as well. I respect that he did this and I am happy to say that I think he did a good job in fixing a bad situation. I am always willing to give people and businesses a second chance so I will not avoid Boston Pizza and I will not talk down about them. Looking forward to starting over with them.

Had the French onion soup and the Boston brute. It was a good meal and the server was very pleasant.

Food was delicious, friendly customer service Catherine offered us a great service. Appreciate her work and very friendly. She gets the drift based on my taste. 5 star to her service will recommend this restaurant to my circle

The service was acceptable but the food lacked flavor and the rodent problem was a big issue.

Came for a birthday celebration. Great food and awesome music. Service was good too. Can recommend for a nice relaxed evening.

Sat in the bar area and waitress was super cute and friendly. Men's bathroom had no toilet seats! Well at least the the one my fiance was in. Needless to say it was time for us to go. Literally lol

Had dinner there, drinks were ok. We noticed a mouse in the dining area & told waitress who seemed very unbothered. The 18.00 burger meal came with a VERY small amount of fries was NOT worth money. While finishing up, we noticed a roach crawling up wall beside our table. The cost of food is not worth it but the area was very dirty.

Catherine is the BEST. She was very Kind and tried to help us as much as she could. BP She needs a raise!

While the servers were professional and the pizza was ok, the coleslaw with the chicken wings should definitely be avoided. When pointed out to the server that we think it was either off or turning, the response was "I wouldn't know, I haven't tried it. "

We wanted Thai bites first but they came with our meal, and when we got them - they were cauliflower bites.

So 15 mins after we got our food we had our bites.

Fruit flies - we killed about 15 of them, but there were so many more around. We mentioned it to the staff, but they just said "they know".

Server was very nice but busy, so there was a wait. They checked in on us 1/2 through our meal.

Ordered takeaway and the side of broccoli was black in parts from where it appeared to be off. The sandwhich was good but they forgot to include the horseradish dip.

Nice enviroment. Good music. Good beer. The waitress was really nice and even sugested what beer should we try. Definetly is a nice pub/bar to visit.

We had a server named Dan he was a great guy very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Good vibes and energy overall

Ben was our server! He went way beyond what was needed for great customer service skills! He is very sympathetic towards his customers needs. He is supper friendly! I think he deserves a raise! I also hope next time I bring our family back there we have him as our number 1 server! I would come to Boston Pizza just for him because he is excellent at serving and waiting on customers! ;)

Ordered buffalo wings as take out and got cauliflower bites instead.when i reported the issue, the staff didn't believe me and made me bring it back to show them.when they finally gave me buffalo wings there was a STAPLE inside! I asked to speak to the manager and they never called me back.

Only went here because I was given a gift card. Unfortunately the staff did not know how to use a Boston Pizza gift card, now I'm stuck with this and have no intention of ever going back. This is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever seen. The ceiling duct work is falling apart and dripping water, the windows haven't been cleaned in quite a while, there was dust and dirt on the TV's. I'd hate to see the kitchen. Plenty of fruit flies in the air. The steak was terrible, taste like bland ground beef. Nothing good to say about this place besides the drinks.

First time at THIS Boston pizza.the pizza was extremely dry was missing something to it for sure, and the coslaw was the worst i had ever have (and i tryied a lot of them) +we got no utensils to go with that so we had to come all the way back,
The employees were nice this is why i gave 2 stars.

Server and service was great but it took too long for everything.
Pizza was just okay, they don't even have basic oregano to top on the cheese pizza.
Overall it wasn't bad but few things to improve on.

Came by as it was the only restaurant open after a long flight. It was around 11pm and because it was a beautiful night out, we asked and were immediately seated at the patio. It took around 15 minutes for the server to come by and she said that it was just a little busy (when there were only 7 patrons in the establishment) and took our order; she reinterated that she had not forgotten about us. Initially patient and understanding, she double checked allergies and then took our order. 15 minutes later, our waters had arrived and she apologized for forgetting about us again because we were not supposed to be on the patio anyway at this time. We chuckled at the remark and wondered why she hadn't told us this honestly in the first place but brushed it aside. When we were served, she had accidentally spilled half the appetizer on the table and then asked if we needed the kitchen to remake it. Hungry, and left with the wrong utensils to eat spaghetti, we said of course. There was no mention of remedying the situation and instead she came by with a much smaller serving and the bill in hand before we dug in.

The food was overcooked, watery, and the fried items were shriveled.

When we asked about the mice scurrying downtown and into the restaurant, our server repeatedly told us that if we were concerned or disturbed by this, we shouldn't eat at any restaurants downtown because it is a problem with underground tunneling and restaurant density and food waste. She added that they do spray and inspect here, but it is useless and they always find them coming back. Seeing that we were uncertain and uncomfortable with this comment, she laughed that if we thought this was an issue, bear lake has an even bigger problem. As someone who has loved Halifax in previous visits and bringing someone new over for the first time, this interaction had soured our night. Please consider appropriate training for your staff members. Thanks.

Ordered Pizza and Salad from Uber eats. Salad was good, pizza was ok… the sausage on the pizza was extremely dry and weird tasting.

Other than that it was good.

Walked in today during lunch. Sat for 10 minutes without any acknowledgement so left and had to go the restaurant across the street.

Great service, food was promptly served. I'll be going back in the near future. I recommend Alexander Kieths Citrus ale.

Maybe not best option on a Monday as they were out of supplies like white wine and wings and apparently carrots/celery as our chicken bites came with only 1 of each with lots of dip to spare. Bathrooms and beer taps need some maintenance as they were in disrepair.

We waited on the patio for twenty minutes before placing our order and another ten minutes for our drinks. The server was amazing and I feel bad for him because he did great but they should have had someone else helping. But in fairness I don't know what staffing issues they may have had at the time

3 of our party of 6 ordered daiquiri fishbowls. After every one else received their drinks the waitress told us that the bar had forgot to make slush and that we would have to wait a bit for the daiquiris. We said that was fine but after we waited for 20 minutes she came back and told us that it would be another 20 minute wait. We ordered different drinks instead and it took another 15ish minutes for our drinks to arrive. At this point everyone at the table had finished eating and had finished their drinks as well. We inquired with the waitress about having the drinks taken off our bills but the manager told the waitress to tell us that they could not discount liquor. I would like to point out the waitress was very polite and it was not her fault that both the bartender and manager were unprofessional and failed to compensate for our bad experience.

We were told 15-20 min wait. It was 40. Seated to a table with no server - they never came. Every server had panic in their eyes running around, but yet, many tables empty. Now after 1 hour, still no drink. Massive failure of management.

20-30 minutes after arriving and no one has even looked at us.yes they were busy, but the group that came in 20 minutes after us got their order taken first, and the couple next to them who came in BEFORE that group got their order taken after, while we still have yet to speak to anyone? We were there for a couple drinks, never even got close to ordering.tried to speak to a manager, but he was on the phone; we left.better service across the street at split crow where they were MUCH busier, much more crowded but at least we could order there! Last time I go to this Boston pizza, service is typically not great.

Disappointing. BP’s online ordering is great and our pizza was ready for pickup in exactly 14 minutes. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, so no complaints on that score. But the pizza was really mediocre and the chef forgot to add the mushrooms—pretty sad when the deluxe only has 2 veggie items: green peppers (we did get a few straggly bits) and mushrooms (none were evident). The salad was a day away from being compost, so again very disappointing. In summary, the staff were lovely, but the food was poorly prepared and not very good at all. We won’t be ordering from this location again—the one on Granville just below the Barrington Hotel.

Very slow service, have to ask food number of time the food is ready from last few minutes but service staff is taking time to provide they are just engage in standing

I liked the vibe of the restaurant and the pizzas too, but from drinks side I am disappointed because all drinks are diluted not it was like Virgin, and in the end we asked from the server about it. And so he said our ice vending machine have some fault. So it was not our mistake we paid for that and we were not expecting that from Boston pizza. Which was always one of my favorite place to drink in Halifax.

Same food quality as Ontario locations.
The hostes made us to sit in Bar Lounge, although there were more than 10 family booths available on Saturday evening.
Pipes was leaking on my head on the Bar Lounge.
Waitress was nice but on slow motion maybe she was busy with too many tables.

The location was nice. The menu is good and safe, something for everyone. Always a safe place to go when you are on the road because you know what to expect. It was not busy and the staff could have made an effort to ensure we had a better experience. Thank you.

I ended up in Boston pizza during my pub crawl because I was in the mood for some wings and thundermugs and ended up being a good idea.

The staff was friendly and the wings we're pretty good, the ranch they use for the wings is one of the better ones I've seen in this province.

The restaurant was busy but it's was one of the few places open on a Sunday night so kudos to these guys, The male server we had was attentive to our table was pretty cool. I probably will come here for wings nights.
