Food was not good! Ordered tacos, tacos were cold, the chicken was super cold.
Less filling.

Service is good. Its just the food is not good here

I just want to start off by saying Alex our server was impeccable the thought that he takes on his customers and just making sure his customers are happy. Me and my mother went in to Boston Pizza hoping for just a quick meal when we were sat in the lounge area and our server Alex also working at the bar came over and started us off got us with some drinks and made a couple laughs from the bar. When it came to ordering our food, he gave out a bunch of different options. Asked how my pallet was, any specific things that I might like or might not like so that I walk out of there having enjoyed my meal. When it came back, it was absolutely delicious. He checked in often with us and took notice of things I said about my drink how I like extra pepperoni on my Cesar and noticed that I didn’t eat the top part of my celery stick so when he came back with another drink for me, there was extra pepperoni, and the top of the celery stick was cut off. When I told him about my career choices of going to college to learn about the tourism and hospitality industry, he told me about his story and how it really does show that he loves his job.

Overall, I would just like to say thank you Alex for being a wonderful server, keep up the great work!

Made an order for pick up, gave them a specific time, went to pick it up and they told me that they didn’t have all the ingredients for my food so they didn’t make anything and said they tried to call me to tell me, yet I never received a call, no call on my call history, and no voicemail. I also ordered an appetizer but they said they didn’t make anything from my order. Obviously they lied about calling me in an attempt to shift the blame on me as the customer instead of owning up to their mistake and admitting they didn’t call me. If they did try to call me, then they only tried once and never even tried to leave a message? You would think they would try to call multiple times and leave a message for me. Pretty disgusting that they lied to my face and I left with nothing. Will never be returning and I will used my gift card at a different location.

We were over fr the Valley for the day and ordered takeout Pasta Tuesday (Jambalaya x2) for supper, as we were going to eat in the car as we had our dog with us. We called ahead and was stated 20 mins which was perfect, and of note we substituted the noodle for Penne. Upon arrival the meal came out quickly but the staff that took the order didnt enter the substitute Penne as "he didnt know how to do it", so they had to remake the meal, the meal was remade within an additional 15 mins. Another staff said not to ring it in, which led me to believe they were comping it, but in the end it was normal price, so I then asked for a discount for the mixup and delay, they then offered 25% off.
Off I go to the Car and we start to drive away but my wife noticed No Cutlery or Napkins in the bag so back to the restaraunt again.
I asked for said items and they went to get them for me, upon returning I was asked if I wanted to speak to the mgr, I initially stated No but I chg'd my mind due to the 2 mixup, delay, etc. Shirley came out to speak to me and upon explanation said my meal should have been Compted right away, Shirley surely made a somewhat frustrating experience exceptional by Fully refunding our meal, which was Hot and Delicious. Great service in the end, Thanks Shirley!

I came to this establishment with my band and my friend (who has severe celiac disease) got given a gluten pizza. My friend was very sick and they did not seem to care. We pre-ordered all of our meals and put in our allergies. I am very upset with my experience.

Waiter was rude right from the start. The order was wrong and waiter argued about it. Basically told us burgers came with the works not just with Ketchup, only kids menu did that. But wouldn't let the kids order off the kids menu. Burgers looked like meatloaf and had like a half handful of fries on the plates. My son asked for water atbefore the food came the waiter finally brought my sons water at the end of the meal and it wasn't busy at all, after we asked a 3rd time.

Food is okay, but even with menu changes, it is becoming bland. Especially for a vegetarian. Prices have crept up. A family of 4 with 2 children is easily paying 100$.

Ate something from there new menu that is advertised on tv it was delicious, the service was great, the atmosphere was great, food was delicious. Definitely worth trying. Asked them to change the tv to hockey and they did for us, so date night was great.

Food was okay, customer service was okay, the man that served us was very pleasant but the young girl didn't seem like she wanted to be there unfortunately.

My husband and I were at this establishment tonight. It was fairly busy and I have worked in this industry for many years so don't mind waiting. I am also a manager and understand that these times are tough to find employees and working short staffed BUT we were sitting in a section of the restaurant that was empty and after waiting 20 minutes with no sign of a waiter we left. Tables that arrived 15 minutes after we did were enjoying drinks and had their orders taken. My husband asked one of the servers why no one had come to our table (servers were walking by us the whole time) he said he would find out whose section we were in. We were the only table in the entire section. After watching the server get into a discussion with 3 other servers for at least 5 minutes with no results we left. Very disappointed with the whole experience starting from the hostess. Seemed like we were putting her out from the get go with attitude. It will be a long time before we go back if we ever go back

Very disappointed in my meal for the price paid. I had chicken caesar salad, the chicken was very very hard and dry. When the waiter asked how my meal was I stated the chicken waa not edible as it was so dry, there was no response from the waiter, not an I'm sorry for that.nothing. Bridgewater Boston Pizza you could do better!

Ordered tacos not only were they made wrong the first time but then remade and still wrong…. Took back explains they were missing the coleslaw and still wrong…. What I received was some lettuce tomato and grilled chicken…. No cheese no slaw!

Service sucked and my pizza was completely cold. Thought we give it a try but won’t be going back.

Wow waited 1.5 hours for our food after ordering and still came out staggered Waited an additional 20 minutes for all four dishes to come to the table. When it did come it was cold and dry. It was after the dinner hour and not a lot of people left. Disgusting washrooms as well and food all over the dining room floor. Just keep driving and spend your money anywhere else.

The food was awesome! The service was awesome! The atmosphere was really nice I highly recommend!

The food at this chain has gone downhill. Quality control is missing, portions have been reduced

We ordered takeout to bring back to the hotel. They did not offer or include utensils or condiments, not even the ranch salad dressing that was supposed to come with our Chicken Pecan Salad. We managed to get utensils from the hotel front desk only to find that my burger was burned. Not a good place for takeout!

Food tasted good but took forever. The hostess provided us all adult menus even for our kids. The server offered a meal combo that didn't exist, forgot to bring my wife's drink, and provided 3 napkins for a party of four. Worst of all the milk provided my son had some filthy brown granules floating at the bottom and top of the glass - he now has a phobia to order milk from ANY restaurant. Cannot recommend this franchise location at all.

I am currently on vacation in Nova Scotia with my family and we were going to Boston Pizza for dinner tonight.
After entering the restaurant we were assigned a table and given menus.
We waited a good twenty minutes before I noticed that a group of diners who came after us already had drinks on the tables and we couldn't even place an order. A second group that came after us was also already taking orders.
The waitress was serving tables to the left, right and across from us without even glancing at us.
I went to the front desk to complain in a friendly manner that our table had apparently been forgotten.
The response was beyond disappointing. Supposedly there were only two people in service and one of them was still in training.
Not a word about her making sure we were served.
I went back to our table, which we cleared after another four minutes of waiting.
I couldn't shake the impression that they didn't want to serve us at all.
Presumably, families with small children (8 and 2) are not wanted for dinner, although the restaurant was not even half full.

Waited at the bar (that looked like it hadn't been wiped all day) for a beer. No service at all so I left. Brutal, definitely do not recommend.

Unfriendly people, ignored us maybe because of our kids. We waited 20 min before we asked if we can order drinks. They told us they have to much to do. They took orders of people who came after us. So we left and will never come back.

Restaurant was running on reduced staffing the day we went in for dinner. (Friday late afternoon). Staff was helpful during our visit, which was appreciated; even as people were trying to take care of a number of things at the same time (cleaning, seating customers, taking orders, etc).

The only negative thing I had to say about the experience: Serving dishes are deceptively smaller inside than they appear on the outside. I was a little disappointed at what I got for the cost, but even so, the Raviolis were good, and a good choice (for me).

Probably would go back again at some time, just not sure if I will just stick with pasta (spaghetti) next time or try another "speciality dish".

This place was terrible. Burnt food and service was way too long. Manager was no help at all. Paid way too much for burnt food and terrible service. Never again!

It was great! The Nachos were amazing as well as the ribs. I asked for the guacamole and the BBQ sauce for the wings to be on the side and they comply. Also, they give me the food in the timeframe they told me when I paid (I got take out).

The quality of food here has really gone down the ****er over the years. Basically fast food at ridiculous prices.

Took us a hour, to get are food. Than no one come and asked us how our food was. We had to get another waitress to order our dessert to go.alone because at this point we been at the restaurant for two hours now, and to get our bill was another 30 minutes. Looking around, there was only two other tables with people.all I can say is omg

Excellent Food, Friendly Prompt Service For Many Years. Our last 2 visits in 2022 found the food served lukewarm with a less than acceptable wait. The female GM upon receiving our concerns the 2nd x offered a less than acceptable discount. Upon a 2nd complaint to another source a rather abrupt one sided unprofessional email was sent to my email address by this GM at The Bridgewater N. S. Location.
We will continue to enjoy BP but certainly not at this Location!

Called restaurant Sunday May 8/22, asked for a reservation for 6pm, was told they were not taking reservations as it was a first come first served because of Mother's Day. I get that, a lot of restaurants were doing the same thing.
We arrived at the restaurant approx 6: 15 pm, it was over half empty. They seated a couple in front of us, then asked us if we had a reservation. We said no, and proceeded to tell them the story of calling. The waitress said that ALL the tables were booked with reservations and couldn't seat us.
So as we were leaving, the couple behind us were seated without being asked about a reservation, just for how many people. WTH?
So, while sitting in the parking lot I called and asked if they had a table available for three. I was told yes, and they could seat us right away.
I questioned how could that be possible as they JUST told us ALL the tables were booked with reservations. She proceeded to tell me that a few tables had left all at once. I informed her that I was sitting in the parking lot and didn't see a mass exodus of people leave, she had no reply.
SO this will be the LAST TIME I go to Boston Pizza in Bridgwater!

Way over priced. Ok food. Pizza was doughin the center but they did take it back and give a credit. And the bar drinks so slow.

The food was delicious but the service leaves a bit to be desired. The food arrived in increments where some of us were almost done eating before some of us got our food. They asked if we wanted something else to drink and we said yes and then we waited so long that we had to ask again. Food was delicious though.

Customer service was great, food was superb, restaurant was clean! All in all, great place to eat.

Made an order online for this particular location order said it would come at a specific time after it was 30 minutes late we decided to call turns out there was a cut off time for delivery and our order wasn’t even being processed. When we did call the waitress on the other end was not very coordinating about the reason why it was not made… No compensation on any of our order. Definitely would no Order again from this location, all she kept saying was we are really busy not our fault however we did have a delivery time.

On this day it was slow for so few people. Ordered a beer to go with our meal had to ask when do I get my beer found out it was poured and sitting on the bar but our server was underage and could not get it, not her fault, but a flat beer showing up halfway through meal is a bit much

Ordered pizzas while were on the road and about a 1/2 hour away. Got there and they were ready and they were hot. Had another 25 minute drive home and it was still quite warm and delicious. Best pizza that we've had since moving to the South Shore 4 years ago. Almost as good as Pizza Hut: D ;)

Lots of good drinks on the menu food prices are a little high but the quality makes up for it excellent service good servers

Consistently Boston Pizza. We love the Tropical Chicken and Viva Italia. Not a fan of the interior design update and generally I’m one to like change. Having said that it’s clean fresh and bright so well done. On a recent visit I may have asked a question that upset the host. I got a cold shoulder afterwards. I wish I knew what I said or what cause mixed up vibes. I was just getting take out.but I’d say generally you can’t go wrong with BP!

The food was standard BP fare. The dissatisfaction arises from having lost my phone order that had been placed about two hours earlier. No one offered either an explanation or apology.

Good food and service. Only usually go to Boston Pizzas on pasta Tuesday so I can't speak for the rest of the food but I probably wouldn't pay their pizza prices and neither should you.most local pizza joints have way better and cheaper pizza no matter where you go usually.

Very friendly staff, fast service, dined in, felt safe, good distancing, had the three small pizzas with dipping sauces super delicious Serving size was plenty enough for two adults Good WiFi and nice atmosphere.
