Boston Pizza

Came for my birthday dinner yesterday, I don’t usually leave reviews; if I have a bad experience I just leave it at that. But I was SO disappointed…& me and my boyfriend love your guys food! (we didn’t end up ordering this time if you read on). But the bathroom on the bar side was the most dirtiest bathroom I’ve seen in HRM. I mean so bad that the Domes toilets looked cleaner. It honestly looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. I get it, no one wants to clean a toilet. But that makes me feel like other stuff isn’t being cleaned properly & being neglected aswell. If you invited someone over to your house for dinner would you have a horrible film of dirt and bacteria & whatever else that was over your toilet? …. & after seeing how dirty that was, It really put us off. Seriously if someone sits on that toilet they are gonna get some type of skin infections! I didn’t even bother trying the toilet paper trick over the seat because I didn’t wanna risk it & every toilet was like that. So we left and chose a different restaurant. Seeing the bathroom like that was a real put off, it’s hard to eat food after that. I think people will choose to eat at other places in the crossing, seeing a establishment filthy like that. I was gonna speak to management but I just didn’t wanna make a scene on my birthday. Honestly disappointing was looking forward to it for my birthday hopefully this location can be more clean & then maybe we will be back.

Been here a few times, but sat on the bar side this particular time. Marie dawn was our server and she was amazing!

Waitress was very helpful and nice. I have a gluten allergy and she was well informed about my options

Another great dinner. I went for the Hungry Carnivore and a BIG beer. Wife had wings and cactus fries. Great service. Tasty food. Forgot to take a picture of dessert.

Jessica B was our Waitress and it was the best service we had ever had anywhere. The food was absolutely delicious. The music was great.

You can never go wrong with Boston pizza. Kids love it and so do the parents. The kicken Memphis chicken sandwich is one of the better chicken sandwiches I've had. Very tasty, very moist with a nice kick.

Went for lunch. The food was hot and we didn't have to wait long. The service was very friendly and prompt. The floor was pretty dirty but other than that a nice experience.

Its become more of a noisy sports bar, hard to have a friendly meal and conversation when the drunks on the bar side crank up the noise level

Food was disgusting. Perogi pizza was good, but the spinach and artichoke dip was burnt, chips were BEYOND soggy, and Bandera bread was so hard from over cooked and salted that you couldn't even bite into it. Charged us $15 for extra Bandera bread and fries as well. Would not recommend take out one bit.

Got the beef sandwich w/ peppers and onions rings, I wouldn't recommend it. It was disgusting, sandwich had 2 peppers on it and some gray colored "steak" that was definitely not. The onions rings where just mush cramed into a box, looks like they used the potatoe masher on them.

Worst chicken parm I’ve ever had. Noodles were mush and the chicken was so stringy and hard to chew. I’d rather eat dog food than eat there again.

We met up with friends for a pre-birthday dinner ahead of a movie. Our server was great and the food was all yummy. Everyone got to enjoy the brownie dessert that the birthday boy shared.

Wouldn’t dare to eat here! I saw mice running around when I walked in, I can just imagine what the kitchen is like

This Boston pizza has continued to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. My wife has celiac disease and they always make everything extremely allergy safe and take it very seriously. If there is anything missing from an order, they do all they can to make it right. The general manager (Shawn) consistently has a great attitude any time we have encountered him and we can’t say enough good things about him coming from 2 people who have worked in the restaurant industry. In our most recent interaction, Samona was fantastic with taking our order and doing everything she could to make the customer happy. We love this Boston Pizza and will always be loyal customers!

The best late lunch food I've had in a long time. Got the dipper with soup and both were absolutely excellent. Didn't realize how hungry I was until the sandwich was gone.

Completely recommend trying it out. 10/10

I used to go often but recently their meal portions have become small and with meal prices going up. I stopped going now. I was told now they weigh the fries! Big plates and a handful of fries lol

We love Boston Pizza, always great service! Just went to the Dartmouth Crossing location. Walked in, the hostess was miserable, before I could even say a word she said "its a 20-25 minute wait"
Thats it. No friendly greeting, she didnt know if we had a reservation or not. I get that we have bad days. She has one job, it is to greet. I didnt walk in taking my day out on her and I expect her to do the very least part of her job. Smile. Like I did, at her, after a horrible week.

If I as a customer can be kind. Maybe your staff should too.

BP has a decent choice of food for lunch and dinner, with a small but inviting wine and spirits list. Would recommend their pizza fries, and pastas.
This is a family friendly restaurant, but you can get some quiet from the kiddos by requesting a table by the bar. Service is polite and attentive.

Always love coming to Boston pizza with the fam. Good kids menu, tables & high chairs. They supply crayons as well.
