Ordered an apple fridder and once i was done eating it, i looked at the bottom of the bag it was in and there were large flies.one of them was dead.never wanted to hurl so bad in my life

The food here has severely gone downhill to the point it's barely edible, coffee either taste like hot water or burnt and sometimes like chemicals. Drive thru staff constantly are rude and try to short change you. Used to come here every morning...

Very slow drive thru was 4th car in line 15 min wait and no way to leave lineup to go inside

Can't rate food because the service was so incredibly ridiculously slow I left after 8 minutes without even my order being taken. SLOW!

Its just getting worse day by day ice coffee is not same every time i order. And wraps are pathetic now, waste of money. McDonald’s is better for breakfast now.

Waited in line, alone for 5+ minutes. 3 different employees walked by, looked at me and I never got served. It wasnt busy. Decided to leave and go somewhere else.

Can be a very busy spot, mainly the drive thru. While cars wait in the line up no one goes inside which is alot quicker during tge day. Not busy in the evenings

Even though the drive through is closed, the team served us quickly and tried their best.
However, what’s up with the no garbage can policy? Leaving our garbage on the tables (as instructed on your signs) makes no sense for us?

The staff is friendly. They are quick to serve you. The food is always fresh. The bathroom is clean. It's our favorite Tims in the area. We love it there and go often!

The absolute best place on the South Shore for coffee and bites. The atmosphere and sense of community of this place is what makes me love living here

Slowest Tim Hortons EVER! Spouse dropped me off, I got in line, then drove to the bank for cash, had a restroom stop and returned for me. I hadn't even been served to place my order! We departed and went to another place for coffee and a sandwich...

Left without ordering based on the state of the bathrooms. Toilet wasn't flushing and full of excrement. Wife had the same problem with the ladies room plus no toilet paper. Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. No thank you!

The fish and chips and turkey meals are delicious. Portion sizes are generous.
