The management team of this apartment is unprofessional. The management's attitude is very negative. And they have invisible racism.

Beautiful building! So well kept and clean! Property manager Olivia is amazing. Super friendly, and helpful. Responded to emails efficiently when I was inquiring about renting a unit.
And Whoever does the cleaning in the building does an excellent job. Would recommend this building to anyone looking to live in the downtown location!

If you're looking for safe, clean, downtown space - Brenton Suites is immaculate! I was excited to move in a few months ago, and Olivia made the entire process easy.

I love showing off the gorgeous lobby, decor and amenities that Brenton Suites offers. Being able to park underground has been a HUGE bonus, and the many restaurants in the building means I don't need to travel far if I don't want to!

If there are any vacancies in the building, I doubt there will be for long, because this place is a steal!

Love this building. So beautiful and a fantastic location downtown overlooking the harbour. Everything is at a walking distance. Wonderful staff and the place is always looking so clean and bright. I think anyone would be lucky to call this place home.

The building is beautiful and clean! Everyone who lives here is so nice, and Olivia (management) is always available to help when she can, even though you can tell she’s extremely busy!

Beautiful clean building, great friendly staff, very prompt in responding to our needs. The building Is in a great location close to all the amenities that downtown Halifax has to offer, with beautiful views of the city and the Harbor. The Brenton is such a great building, in an ideal area of downtown Halifax. The building is elegant, very clean, well maintained and extremely well managed. The management team goes above and beyond compared to many other places I've lived in the past. Olivia is very friendly, caring and easy to deal with. She makes the whole process easy.

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the level of service provided by the management team of this building. Despite being a resident for almost a year, I have found that the managers are unresponsive and offer no assistance when it comes to addressing various issues that arise.

It is frustrating to live in a building where the managers refuse to take responsibility and expect residents to fend for themselves in the face of various problems. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, particularly when we are paying rent that includes service.

I have noticed that there are a lot of vacant units in this building, and I now understand why. I would not recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a place to live, as the managers do not provide the level of service that one would expect when paying for rent. The rent is high and it's not worth it. You will feel like you got scam after you live here. Trust me:)

I urge the management team to take this matter seriously and improve their level of service. It is not fair to have residents living in a building where they are left to address various issues on their own. I hope that the management team takes swift action to rectify this situation and provide the service that residents are paying for.

I have lived here for 7 months — the location is incredibly ideal (close to downtown, universities, and grocery stores). The apartments are modern and are relatively well priced (considering the current housing market). The building is quiet, everyone who lives here is overwhelmingly kind, and Olivia (management) is always available to help when she can!

The property manager “Olivia” is extremely rude and condescending. I don’t know if because I am not from Canada and am immigrant but she has very little patience in dealing with me for emails and on the phone. Please consider to hire someone with more professionalism.
