Bridgewater Hotel, High Street, Bridgewater, Nova Scotia renamed HOTEL DECREPIT.
Really a most amazing and incredible spot that you wish you did NOT come across even in daylight. The price was appealing but BEWARE you have been warned.

The room was older but clean. Some updates being done while being there. Great service. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious.
Will definitely visit again next summer.

Service was excellent!
Staff was excellent and kind!
Me and my girlfriend Had a room up stairs and i found it difficult to climb the steps because of a bad ankle. Staff asked if I would like a room on the main floor (already in a room upstairs) they said it was no problem at all getting another room they even helped move my are stuff to are new room. Nice.

Front desk persons are very helpful, cooperative. Thanks for their support & help to get best accommodation with comfort beyond expectations.

Holy cow this place is not clean at all. For $140 a night, please go stay at the best western or comfort inn up the road for $10 more.
This place is not accessible, the front staff could not understand my questions, and the cleanliness.well.no bed bugs at least, but it was far from clean. There were stains on all the sheets and mattresses, the bathroom tiles grout were black when clearly it wasn't supposed to be. One of the pillows smelled strongly of urine. We were too hesitant to take off our shoes and sleep under the sheets. There's a constant musky or moldy smell. We tried to turn on the AC but a waft of cigarette smell came out and we had to turn it off. I also saw some black mold in the bathroom.
I've got half a mind to report the place for not meeting health standards.
There's barely anywhere to plug your phone. It's also dark, none of the lamps in the room had light bulbs. Rooms are also not quiet, paper thin walls and ceilings.
We didn't have a choice but to stay here for a rest stop, but we jetted out as soon as we were ready. Probably the dankest place I've ever stayed in.
Not worth the money at all. If you're considering this place, don't. Just pay the extra $10 or $20 up the road for your sanity.

Staff members were so friendly, room was clean, i would recommend to all my friends to stay here.

I can't wait to return! The restaurant in the hotel served mouthwatering dishes and the hotel is located in the heart of Bridgewater, near to all the tourist attractions in the city.
