Do not take your vehicles here for service. We were told we were getting a computer and sensor for $1244, labour and taxes included. We were then billed $2350, with that extra $1100 being labour. When we asked about it, all that could be said was that it was for diagnostic tests and that we we’re actually only charged 50% of the labour. Further, we were told a turbo for the vehicle was not needed and that it just needed a sensor. When we went to pick it up yesterday, only then were we told it still needed the turbo. We had also asked for the window to be fixed because its not going down, they made a note that it wasnt working but then didnt fix it. The worst thing was that we received the vehicle back with a broken dash. It did not enter the shop that way, to which one of the technicians agreed that it was not broken, however, they will not cover the cost to repair it. The customer service here is awful and we absolutely do not recommend. Stay far away from bridgewater volkswagen unless youre looking to get scammed!
