Cancelled my policy with echelon on JUNE 20th, have a signed letter acknowledging this cancellation and was told no further payments will be deducted. Lo and behold JULY 20TH they have taken almost $500 from my account. BROKERLINK FAILED to send the form to echelon and I have now been waiting 18 DAYS FOR A REFUND! I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE 10 DAYS! This is ridiculous! Stay away from this company.

Tried to call four different times to day, Tuesday August 8th and each time was placed on hold for about 10 minutes and then each time my call got dropped or disconnected, truly did not want to even give one star but would not post unless i did.

Great staff and Company. Very knowledgeable on insurance issues and able to make great recommendations!

Worst experience never answer calls waiting for my claim choosing them was biggest mistake

Noelani helped a lot in figuring out how to finance my new car if I could give more stars I would she was awesome!
