Went there for both flu and COVID vaccines. Catherine was amazingly nice and friendly. Excellent staff to have!

It’s 430 on a Sunday I need a Tylenol and you literally cannot buy any pain medication for some reason. That’s the most preposterous thing I’ve ever seen. You’re a pharmacy. Have accessible pharmaceuticals. I wasn’t looking for Vicodin I was looking for a freaking Tylenol
I still gave a three stars because the primary clinic thing is pretty cool and the staff are nice but you got to figure out this Tylenol situation come on now!

Loved this place, recommended it to many. Noticing pharmacy staff has changed and not the same experience. Didn't think a lot of it until today. Treated with complete and utter disrespect by Samantha. Bad enough that we will be moving our prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Great Initiative by NS Heath and Novascotia Government to add additional centers. The Brooklyn Pharmasave is one of those centre's which is located in west Bedford. You have to book online to avail the facility from the various criteria that are mentioned on the centre's website.
Enough parking available. To access the center, you have to go through the convenience store. There are few chairs where you can be seated before your appointment.
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes early to fill some information on the front desk. But I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to get in. Not only me, but patients before were also waiting more than 30 minutes beyond their appointment time.
Something is better than nothing, But I would not recommend this centre's you don't see an actual doctor but a pharmacist who will ask you basic questions related to your health and recommended or prescribe some medications which will give you temporary relief. It's very important to know those medications can be purchased OTC.
Better use walkin clinics.
The ultimate benefit is to help pharmacies operate this center's profitable.

Have been using this as my primary pharmacy since moving to West Bedford. The service is exceptional. The staff are very well informed and always go that extra mile to make sure you are fully comfortable. Chintan is the best pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

This place is FULL of expired food products! I noticed a lot of faded packaging so I checked the dates on some crackers, noodles, chips, etc.everything I looked at was well past it’s best before date. So I just grabbed a protein bar and vitamin water and left, then noticed after they were BOTH 3 months expired. Absolutely gross and unacceptable negligence. This is a new pharmacy in a newly developed area, not some backwoods convenience store.

The customer service / cashier is extremely rude to say the least. I will avoid this business rather than have to be subjected to her horrible attitude, the term customer service is a joke!

10/10 pharmacy.
Wait time has never been an issue here and the pharmacist is always very helpful with explanations. I switched here from a major chain pharmacy and it's made getting my prescriptions so much easier.
Surprising amount of items in the actual store too. Ranging from food, odds and ends, and then basic things you would normally find at a drug store. Very convenient.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure to use. The pharmacist is very friendly and extremely helpful. He helped get my medication dosage where they should be, even calling my doctor to suggest updates where they made sense. I am very thankful to him for that.

Good pharmacy with a fair variety of drugs and overall supplies. It also has some souvenirs and home decorations. A good place to get covid shots. I was nervous as I don’t like needles but the pharmacist was patient and friendly. I wish the pharmacy could open early.

From front desk to the pharmacist/owner, the staff is courteous and helpful. When I asked for help, they listened, understood the need and were supportive. The pharmacy is new, neat and clean. A great new addition to the community.

Just got my 2nd dose of the vaccine and this is a 100% better experience then my first one, the best pharmacist around!

Transferred prescription from a Halifax location. Owner and staff were very friendly. Looking forward to a finished Brookline plaza.
